I’m visiting the Clear Lake area of Houston this weekend and decided to try Ray’s. The atmosphere is unassuming, basic tables and chairs in a small space. A nice small Italian semi self-service. We are tourists in that area and stopped for late lunch. Good food and clean place.
This place is amazing! From their lunch menu, to their garlic bread, to the gelato! I never finish my meal Ayla any restaurant however, I just could stop!

Very delicious food, the wings were some of the best I've had. Super crispy and amazing taste with just the right amount of sauce. The pizza was very good but they do put on a large amount of toppings which isn't a bad thing as long as you are prepared to eat.
I can't say enough good things about this place! Very unassuming from the outside because it's located at the corner spot, in a little strip mall. Easy to miss. Exemplary, Authentic Italian food, served with a smile. Attentive staff, Great atmosphere, and two flat screen T v's, in opposite corners

Came here for lunch today and ordered the build your own pasta with linguine grilled chicken and the garlic olive oil drizzle. Ray's is outstanding! Kind of a low key interior, particularly with the seating, however this is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever had! We ordered several different meals and every single one of them was top notch! We will certainly be coming back!
Food is always delicious. Staff, super friendly. Counter service for lunch, not sure about dinner. Consistent quality on their food. Don't have to wait long for your meal to come to the table.
