Good coffee and comfortable space. They also have good you can buy by the loaf. The only thing I would avoid and it's a personal opinion, is the pancakes. They look like a huge cookie and are really thick. Either come hungry or opt for something different. I like coming here whenever I'm in the mood for breakfast or brunch.
Super cute coffee shop. My mocha latte was delicious. I can't come here without getting a croissant, they're amazing and so buttery. Breakfast tacos were pleasantly bigger than expected though they could use a pinch of salt.
Fantastic!!!
This place is easy to pass up. I’ve lived in the heights for the last 15 years and I just stumbled upon this place recently. It’s a cafe and bakery nestled in a remodeled old brick workshop of some kind. One thing I absolutely love is all the natural light that comes in through the large windows in the morning. The food is made with the best ingredients. I always order the croissant sandwich, with cheddar cheese, bacon, avocado and tomato. It come with a side of fresh fruit which is a very colorful medley. There are community tables as well as private tables and a bigger room towards the back. The furniture is eclectic and interesting but very fun and fits with the time of the building. I look forward to coming here every time. They have a full expresso menu. If you make a visit be sure to try the homemade jam that they put out by the condiments, literally the best jam I’ve ever had!
The food and coffee is always fantastic here! They have some of the best breakfast tacos and they’re much cheaper than other places. Definitely worth the stop!
This place was delicious. Service was great and parking was accessible. However, the line when we went was extremely long. We waited around 30+ minutes to order. That was the only hiccup. Cute little establishment otherwise though! Great food. Also, as a sidenote, most of the staff members were not wearing masks for Covid now, August 2021, with the Delta variant surging.
Found this bakery cafe in the Heights area and wanted to check it out. Got some bakery items to go; lemon loaf slice, almond croissant, blueberry danish and seasonal cookie (leprechaun) and loved everything especially danish and croissant. Staffers were helpful and atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. Glad to find this place!
Cute breakfast spot with tasty food & friendly staff. There is a small patio and a fair amount of inside seating but gets busy and a wait can develop on weekends. I had a couple breakfast tacos which were tasty, ingredients were fresh and the portion sizes were large. If you're in the heights area looking for a cozy breakfast spot, Kraftsman Baking is worth stopping by.
Everything was delicious and beautiful! I literally felt like I was in a Studio Ghibli cafe, and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. I bought a big loaf of fresh baked sourdough bread 🍞 and I can’t wait to make grilled cheese with it!
Our first time visiting and we were pleasantly surprised! The interior is so cute and homey. The food was delicious. We had French toast and breakfast tacos, we will definitely be back!
Chic stop for coffee. It’s a bit ritzy and the coffe is standard. I do think the baked goods are nice. The almond croissant was a bit too light on the almond, but it was quite fluffy.
Overall it is a nice place and has a nice selection. Seating was a bit tight in the back room. Acoustics were nice.
The building is cool and old. I don’t know about historical other than mattresses were made here, but it is a neat renovation. It fits the general gentrification of the heights in general.
