The renewed establishment is night and day. They clearly incorporated some of the winning combinations from the Le Mistral restaurant here, and it shows. Food was incredible. Chicken was good, Mistral salad perfect, cassoulet divine, and lovely desserts as well
PRO'S: Bistro 555 is an excellent choice for traditional french provincial dishes. We had a well-dressed house salad, escargot & trout, all well prepared. Traditional french onion soup was slightly beefy & too hot. Excellent service and a modest priced wine list made the evening enjoyable.
