Escalante's Mexican Grille - Houston - Photo album

Great service with delicious food and a cool decorative atmosphere. They have a large patio and a small side patio with a pretty waterfall outside. The vibe feels like an old world pretty Mexico city. The 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm happy hour is good with $6 margaritas and sangrias. They also have $7 happy h
Perfectly adequate food. Though slightly bland. Even when we asked for spicier sauce for the chips, still not particularly spicy. They signature guacamole was too chunky with things and not enough actual avocado. Shrimp tacos were good. Nice service and a nice space.
I've never been disappointed here. Great food. Great service. You have to try it!
The food is delicious. The salsa is mild. I like the portobello veggie fajitas. The tortillas are homemade and amazing.
Everytime I come to town I make a point of dining here. Always fresh, friendly fast place to great a meal. Fresh chips and the salsa is just right, not to spicy or mild... perfect. See you next time I'm in town.
This is honestly one of my favorite Mexican places. I've been here quite a bit, including getting it from door dash. Everything always taste so delicious! My go-to order is always the shrimp enchiladas. I could eat these every single day! They also have my favorite queso. And everyone is always so n
Loved it here! Really good food and excellent service. Very attentive and kind staff. My family and I also really enjoyed the decoration and details of the place.
Brunch on Sunday can’t be beat! I had Tulum Tacos with scrambled eggs and chorizo for only $13. Big avocado slices! and came with salad on the side. My husband had Los Cabos Tacos. They subbed guac for the eggs since hubby can’t eat eggs. Very accommodating with wonderful service! Great place for br
Our server was exceptional. The place was clean & not too loud, the food was okay, but for the cost, I'd have expected it to be awesome. In all honesty, my wife and I shared a quesadilla & chips & queso. I need to try more to make a better opinion - what I've said was just that, though.
I really loved it!!! I had the pleasure of eating there and it was a relaxing experience. I loved everything about the place... The food, the atmosphere, the customer service, incredible, Nina specially (I think that's her name), she was a kind person since I arrived. Definitely, I would come back a
Amazing food, great service, lovely ambience. The food is rich and tasty as hell!!! Prices may seem to be a bit high, but the quality of food justifies it. The staff is friendly and takes great care with respect to serving, refills and taking feedback. Ideal place for large groups. Make sure you or
Their soups never disappoint. Always friendly hostesses and energetic wait staff are inviting every single time I have come into this establishment. I have tried their flautas as well as their tacos. Each dish as been delicious and they have been consistent with their ingredients being fresh.
The food was great and a fun ambience. Alexander gave my family the most welcoming service I had in years!
For starter’s my server was incredible! My margarita was smooth and so good with the strawberry fruit added. My shrimp enchiladas were delicious as well. I’m not a queso person, but their’s was good. I sat outside near the front and there was a problem with those ugly black birds. They were so bol
Wow what a amazing food!!!!!!! And mango Margarita 😂😂😍😍 service was great!!!! You have to stop and try it !!!!!
Escalante’s is always a favorite very consistent at each location. Staff has never been an issue and you see the manager working the floor as well. I recommend the chicken flautas if you have never been here before you can’t go wrong. Definitely a more dining etiquette establishment unlike more of y
