Seven of us went for dinner
Seven of us went for dinner Christmas Eve and everyone really enjoyed their meals. Several said theirs were excellent. Entrees ordered were: stuffed shrimp, pasta carbonara, the wonderful fried asparagus topped with crab meat, eggplant Parmesan and mussels. Portions are on the large size and prices were reasonable. We had excellent service and will definitely return.
Excellent dinner. Had the linguine with clams and a Chardonnay. The place was clean and the food was very good.

This is a fantastic restaurant in the Post Oak/Galleria Area. During the day it is great for business lunches and at night transforms into a lovely environment for families and couples alike. The Mezzaluna is my favorite dish on the menu, but there are some fantastic entrees like the beef tenderloin medallions, the mussels and the linguine with clams. A great place for dinner or a celebration. You must try their frozen bellinis - they are to die for!
Visiting from out of town. Ate here with a friend from Houston who recommended Piatto. Nice friendly service. Had the arancini and veal piccata. Both delicious. Wish that they had a location in Atlanta.
Loves to eat out. There for our daughter's 42nd birthday, her choice, new to us. From the greeting at arrival to the thank you and come back, all was great! Nothing better than the fried asparagus , no skimping on the crab. We all had something different and all were happy! I had the Eggplant Parmesan and I think it was the best I ever had and believe me, I have it everywhere that serves it!! Will definitely go back, It was well worth the drive from friendswood.
Went last night - food was good but service mediocre. Waiter made faces when asked to take picture and was hurrying clients out the door. Granted it was a Tuesday , but ......

Great place!. Great food with a quiet setting and staff that appreciate you as a customer. We love going here and also had them cater a holiday lunch at our home. Outstanding!
Yummy. I love Piatto!!! Great little place. Always has great service. Have never been disappointed. Food tastes handmade and not generic like so many places. Would highly recommend.
Great place. This place is delicious. I tried their famous fried asparagus and they did not disappoint. I was surprised how nice and crunchy they were despite being fried.
I heard that this place is owned by someone in the Carraba family so my Mom and I split the "Chicken Bryan" or as it is named here "Piatto Chicken". I am not one to typically order a chicken breast while out to eat, as it is something I make for myself often at home, however this particular meal is one of my favorites. It was served with fettuccine alfredo also.
I highly recommend splitting this meal, as the portions are huge.
All and all the whole group left pleasantly satisfied!! I would go there again.
If you love authentic Italian cuisine you will love this place. The entire experience from arriving to leaving was awesome. We had an office gathering here and our waiters was so attentive. The food was amazing. We had asparagus topped with crab as an appetizer, Pork Chops, Pollo Janice, Butter Cake, and Lemon Twist Cheesecake. The owners even stopped by our table to say hello. Awesome.
Nice neighborhood place - food is comparable to a good home-cooked meal. It's not fine dining and the service is spotty, but the prices are fair, the menu covers all the hits and some nice surprises, and it's usually open. Pretty good, and that's not bad.
Very casual place. The food was good. Everyone in our party enjoyed what they ordered. The asparagus with the crab appetizer was outstanding.
Very cozy atmosphere and food was delicious, Mushroom Ravioli and Eggplant Parmesan were made just right and very tasty.
The atmosphere seems very casual I kind of wish it had a different vibe but the food was good but nothing amazing. I so think if you are in town you should perhaps try it. The location is a bit hidden I have lived in houston for a while and never noticed this place at all. Its seems like a great place for family though.

Loved it!! Loved the calamari and we loved our meals! Everything tasted delicious and fresh!! Pasta thats authentic! Also great service! Even during covid and they did a great job being safe!

The food and service here is amazing! my favorite entree is the stuffed shrimp topped with crabmeat. This is owned by the Carrabba family and their authentic family recipes never disappoint. Awesome place to meet up with friends or colleagues for happy hour, lunch, or dinner. Family photos and Italian decor cover the walls creating a cozy atmosphere. Galleria area construction might have hindered business, but they are still open. Check it out!
The place had a smell I knew the food was goin to be good and my lady loved the wine selection they made for us defiantly a place i come back too
