This was my first time coming here. I was recommended this by my brother. The service was good. It was around lunch time so it wasn’t super busy. We got the shrimp and the Viet Cajun crawfish. The crawfish came with corn, potato, and sausage. I loved everything that we ordered. The shrimp had a nice flavor from the salt & pepper and black pepper. Of course the Viet Cajun crawfish was the real winner. The special sauce was savory when you suck out the juices from the crawfish. The corn, potatoes, and sausages were cooked perfectly and I loved how they were just soaking in the sauce.

Service was super friendly and helpful! Crawfish was even in December fresh/live because they have a source in Canada. Snow crab was good too. Lemonade was a bit too sweet. Also relatively pricey. But I can fully recommend this place.
Great service, food, and the price was decent for all the food and drinks we got. The servers were all very attentive, kind, and efficient! Even down to the management. Everyone was very welcoming.
I’ve been coming here for over 8 years, the flavor of the crawfish has been consistent since they started serving live crawfish all year long.
Things I will note (doesn’t take away from how much I enjoy this place) but it has been a bit warm inside the last two times I’ve been, I’d love it if they turned the AC up but who knows, maybe they’re under construction.
- The crawfish currently (October) is from Canada and it’s definitely different, the flavor is almost exactly the same but the tails are wider and a bit harder for me to crack but no biggie! Just something I noticed. I hope they go back to the Louisiana or California ones.
The crawfish is so big (the size of my balm) and the black and pepper crabs is the best flavor testing my taste buds. The flavor is nothing B&P related instead it is sweet, light, crispy and stir-fried with 🧅 and 🫑. What a way to end the night at Houston with the lychee IPA.
This is our family and friends favourite restaurant for crawfish. Food were delicious and very tasty. Never disappointed. A must order for us every time we’re there; boiled crawfish + corns, fried calamari and chicken fried rice. Fully recommended!!
The food was really good. Unlike other "fusion" places, this one is actually fusion- IE: it's not two different menus from different cultures. The boil was clearly both Cajun AND Vietnamese. So it's a unique and tasty experience. And the crab was cooked perfectly and the veggies weren't overdone or under. They timed it well.
Cons were that they clearly need more staff and the atmosphere is very loud. Not just guests, but they have TVs with exciting movies on which, I think ruins the vibe of the restaurant style.
But I think the food was good and the staff were friendly and very apologetic for the wait.
The Viet-Cajun sauce is bomb. Not super salty, yet has so much garlicky umami. Pretty addicting-- makes you want to keep eating! The seafood also tasted fresh and clean.
The place is super busy. Highly recommend going at an off hour or an unpopular day of the week.
It was our first time here and we loved it. Crawfish and shrimp was great. We loved the seasoning. Customer service was on point. Our waiter Carlos recommendations were fantastic. He kept stopping by our table to see if needed anything else. We had a great selection of food and it was all tasty. We highly recommend and we will visit sgain.

We have eaten at many famous crawfish restaurant at different states but Crawfish & Noodles in Houston, TX topped the BEST crawfish flavored we have ever tasted 👍. The famous, humble chef is so friendly, approachable and yet so professional! We highly recommend this restaurant for their tasty original recipe for crawfish and the chef’s delicious creations of unique dishes :)
