The calamari fritta was perfectly crispy and the taste was immaculate, although the red sauce tasted more like red hot sauces than marinara as promised and the plate had a lot of peppers which would have been better as more calamari. Hello Houston, this town is just waiting for a party to happen. So if you happen to be downtown and there isn't a baseball game or a soccer game or any other Sporting event you might be able to walk in to this Italian eatery right by the stadium. It's a Friday night 8 o'clock and it's pretty empty
Have gotten pizza to-go from here twice during my work trip. Both times the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. They set me up with all the little extras that turn a good meal into a great one. The pizza is delicious and the aioli sauce is to die for. Highly recommend.
Super friendly staff. Pizza was good, maybe a bit inconsistently cooked, but tasted really good. Carmel cheesecake was delicious. Would definitely get a reservation though, especially on game days.
