North China Restaurant - Houston - Photo album

We have been regular customers here for a couple years. Their food is always amazing especially egg drop soup, sizzling rice soup and our favorite “Lajiao chicken”. The service is also excellent, very nice people here. The restaurant is very nice and clean. Highly recommended :)
One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Houston. I’ve only eaten at North China during lunch, but I understand it runs into a more plush experience in the evenings. All of the staples are really good. General Tso’s, Orange Chicken are excellent. If you are an adventure seeking individual that li
Good experience. Excellent food with friendly service and market prices. Sizzling soup is a delight 😊, and the plum wine is a treat. From the quality, portions, price and through to the service, this restaurant is absolutely recommended 👌🏼 👍🏼 😀.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment for the second time, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness from the staff, which instantly set a positive tone for th
If you’re sick, they have delicious chicken noodle soup. Pork potstickers were ok.
This was our first time here, and the food was very delicious! It’s hard to find decent Chinese food here closer to the Katy area. And definitely order their homemade cheesecake, it’s delicious too! Very crispy chicken and shrimp. They have great service, staff is very friendly.
This has become a somewhat usual spot for me and my partner! I love getting the garlic chicken noodle dish, and my partner loves the sesame chicken from here. The quality of the food is pretty good here, and the portion sizes aren't bad! From my experience eating here, it does seem that the in-pers
I recently attended a private party at the North China restaurant, and it was a truly remarkable experience. The restaurant had a private room(Second Floor) that was beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating and ample space for all the guests. The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated, making
Stopped in unplanned. Had a great meal. Have never had anything like the crab puffs. They are amazing. Service was friendly and very helpful with info on the dishes we didn't understand. Planning a second visit the next time we're in town.
The place is cozy, the waiters and waitresses are very professional and amicable. And the food is delicious! I had the Beijing fish fillet and it's exactly what I expected! Will be back!
This is a hidden gem for me! I’ve never seen this place since it’s in the corner of a shopping center and there’s a lot of trees next to it. BUT I’m glad I found this place. Everything was so DELICIOUS. Especially the pork dumplings!! The employees were outstanding. They were always super attentive.
We stumbled on this wonderful place to eat accidentally. And what a surprise! One of the best Chinese cuisine I’ve came acrossed. Service was made us feel like we were part of their family. Very clean and inviting. Do try the homemade cheesecake cake!! Thank you North China! From Wyoming!
First time here. Got pork fried potstickers which came with a spicy little sauce. Loved it. For my entree, I got the pong lai (first time trying anywhere). It was amazing! Sweet, with a little spice, just the right amount of sauce, chicken had a perfect crisp. Also got a Tsingtao beer (another first

If you know your geography, you know that Korea sticks out like a rabbit-shaped appendage from China. The cultural and culinary ties between the countries are profound though Koreans have grown almost as wary of their powerful northern neighbor as they've been towards the other nation across the Eas
Fantastic service and great food. A free appetizer of fried wontons and some dipping sauce is brought to your table immediately, much like chips and salsa at a Tex-Mex or rolls at an Italian place. These will fill you up quickly so proceed with caution.
I ordered delivery via Doordash, so can't speak to service or atmosphere; but, the food was phenomenal. I was feeling under the weather and was craving wonton soup. I have struggled to find even a good one since moving to Houston, but this one was incredible. The broth is extremely flavorful, but n
