First started sitting in the dining area, waiting for a spot to sit at the bar, we ordered just drinks, our waiter greeted us, asked for our order and was casually walking around, talking with another waiter, hanging out, we waited 5 minutes then moved to the bar for the guy to tel us he'll be back with us after his lunch .... neat. Once you sit at the bar here, the service is faster, there's a change of pace, and less to deal with. Food was good, steak cooked medium, bartenders were excellent, just don't sit in the dining area. It'll be better.
Steak was cooked properly and was delicious. Came out hot and tender. Baked potato was as ordered. House salad was good and I liked the honey mustard dressing. Service was friendly helpful and prompt. They also have TVs where you can catch the Astros game while you eat. We really enjoyed the meal (as we always do) and we'll definitely be back.
Pleasant country atmosphere, very Rodeo stylized, good food, large portions, great fast service, pleasant comfortable seating, plenty of parking.

Saltgrass Steakhouse Willowbrook, Sunday evening. Minimal wait (5 minutes, if that) for a table for 2. Ordered 12 oz Ribeye (medium-well), baked potato and side salad with honey mustard dressing. Salads came out rather quickly, then waited a bit for the steaks. But worth the wait! Tender, flamed broiled, still juicey down to the last bite! I am a harsh critic when it comes down to my steak, this one was nearly perfect! Our server, Chris, was the epitome of first class service. As busy as the restaurant was, he delivered personal attention to our needs, was on spot for drink refills, checked up after meals were delivered to make sure we were satisfied. Baked potato and sautéed mushrooms finished off the plate, both excellent. Overall, 10 out of 10, with extra points to Chris, we will be back! Treat yourself!!
Christian our server was phenomenal. The food was the best I can remember in 30 years. We had some special orders and they accomplished with ease and exact, without any input from us. My wife, a former server herself, was impressed so much she made a complement to management (rarely happens). We will be back everytime we visit. Thanks for a great experience!

Honestly the food here is absolutely amazing!! But what took my experience from great to outstanding was my server.Artelia is a star! She got me to venture away from my usual and try somthing new! my husband and I tried so many sides and apps as per her suggestions. I have to say I left happy and full! I can’t wait to come back!
