A trip to Bath and Body Works led me to this cute little French bakery located just across the street. Curiosity had me walking over to take a closer look. It was lunchtime, so they were pretty crowded, but still had a few tables available. I saw delicacies in the display case that were beautiful little works of art. Everything looked so good, almost too good to eat… ALMOST.
Once I ordered, I didn't have to wait long at all before receiving my chicken salad croissant sandwich. I really liked the atmosphere, the friendly employees, and of course the food, which was delicious.
I left with a chicken salad croissant sandwich to go that tasted wonderful.
I'll be back to try some more of the things on the menu. Great experience. If you're in the area, I recommend you stopping by to give them a try!
Nice little cafe and bakery. Always get the baguettes to go, they are great for sandwiches. All of the baked goods I’ve tried have been great and usually eat them before I snap a pic. It’s a nice spot to sit and relax and enjoy a quick treat.
First time coming to dine here. First thing I noticed was how BUSY this place was! Very small n cozy cafe. The gal who helped wasn't the most warmest/nicest person but that aside my food was good. Had a cappuccino, ham croissant sandwich and took a tiramisu to-go.
Very cool place to chill. French atmosphere, cozy and located jn the heart of Rice village.
Friendly staff
I tried the Fruit tart, it was Delicious.
Parking very limited, but plenty of parking on the street, some are paid parking.
I recommend this place for initial dates.
Delish. 👌
Glad we gave this place a try. My previous Parisian attempt (different place) did not go so well. This place had a variety to choose from and was easier to modify my order (not a big fan of cheese).
We ordered croissant sandwiches so not so sure how authentic that is but I liked what I ordered.
I had a turkey croissant sandwich, an éclair au chocolat, & blueberry scone.
My husband had a ham & turkey croissant and tea. He says it was just ok.
Would definitely return.
Great food at a great price! The baguette was really good with that nice crunch but soft center. There was plenty of beef and cheese to go with the tasty au jus. I enjoyed this sandwich a lot. The baked goods looked very good. Also, based on the number of people there, I would say that a lot of people feel that way!
Parking was easy and the staff was friendly. Nice place to stop for a coffee, lunch or treat!
This exciting Rice Village location of an authentic french bakery complete with wood burning stove offers pastries and breads all day. The menu also has sandwiches and different types of quiches. The seating is somewhat limited as the dining area is small, however, the eclectic decor, original artwork, and wood furniture give this cafe a cozy vibe despite the crowded city setting.
Tons of delicious pastries available. Coffe was great as well. Did not get to try the food so I definitely have to come back for that. Parking is a hassle around here. Had to wait in line and since it's pretty small inside, you got moved around by passing employees and other people which get a bit annoying but worth it in my opinion.
Great bakery, great place for quick breakfast or takeaway. We tried blueberry scone and almond croissant, both was delicious.
Croissant Brioche is a fantastic French spot in Houston for breakfast or brunch. They serve delicious croissants, French pastries, and morning dishes. I loved their white Mocha and ham quiche – a perfect combination for a delightful morning.
