Review The Spaghetti Western Italian Cafe - Houston

We had the ravioli for appetizer and they were good. They had cheese and jalapeno inside. I had the chicken Pomodoro and it was really good. Good portion. Atmosphere is western/70s vibe. Service was very good staff was very friendly.

Spaghetti Western is a pretty interesting concept for a restaurant, but I don’t know if it’s quite executed well enough. The atmosphere was fun, with old movie posters and trivia about Spaghetti Western films. The staff was also pretty attentive and nice. I think the food just was a little hit or miss for me. The Italian nachos were excellent, but a lot of the rest of the menu was just standard basic Italian dishes. I tried a classic lasagna, and wasn’t blown away. I’d go again for the novelty, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Nice little restaurant in a rustic building. We were looking for some Italian food and found this place. What a good find. Locally owned, and just good food. We had a group of 5 and arrived around 230 pm for a late lunch. They sat us quickly, brought our drink, and took our order. Everyone was happy with the portions and their dish. I had the blackend chicken pasta with an alfredo sauce. Definitely would recommend this place. There is parking in the rear, and I would recommend checking when their busy times are. I hope you enjoy your experience and food as much as me.

The atmosphere was great, but loud. That's expected if there is a game on. I got the sausage and peppers. It was great. My aunt got the pasta man special, and I was jealous. She let me try some of her crabcake, and it was too die for. The breadsticks were amazing. They gave some marinara sauce upon request. House salad wasn't that big, but you will get stuffed. The waiter was so kind and helpful. Parking in the back was easier than the front. Highly recommended this place.

Six people who have never been here before, drop by to test the Italian food in an oddly named restaurant that's been here for decades. Discussion after a great lunch came close to 5 stars all around and agreement that we will return. The movie posters were fun and unexpected. The veal marsala was unexpectedly good. Room for improvement would be more fennel in the Italian sausage. Having to remove shell from hot shrimp in the pasta was annoying ... won't get shrimp and pasta again. The wait staff was helpful fast and fun. Pasta was perfect. Even the pizza 🍕 was great.

Always love this place. Haven't been there in a while. Had the opportunity to stop by with my daughter on a late afternoon. The staff was incredibly cordial and felt they were here just for us. Id kinda forgotten how tasty and we'll prpared their food can be. I went with a simple spaghetti and meat sauce, she with a lasagna. We loved both our plates and the samples we shared. The fresh breadsticks were once again better than I remembered. Just all in all a nifty meal with one of my favorite people.

The place is neat. It’s a strange combination of Italian and western, as the name suggests. I ordered a margarita, the shrimp scampi, and a Cesar salad. The bread they give you a the beginning is nice and warm. The rest of the food was okay, it’s very hard to mess up shrimp scampi. If I were to go back, it would be also because they have good service, and the bathrooms are cute.

Great restaurant. Parking is a challenge but any place filled during lunch with first responders is always a good sign. I uploaded the menu as prices changed significantly from the previous uploaded menu.

I would like to say this place has faithful customers who show before they even open, that's a good sign. The food did not take too long, still it was plentiful and tasty. But now I'm thinking I didn't even think about adding some parmesan cheese to the raviolis. All in all it was pretty good food, it wasn't bad for the price.

I enjoy coming here often. The food is great and the service is fast. The pizzas are good but so are the entree dishes. They have a surprisingly long menu and is all very tasty. Some of the sauces are spicy even though you'd not expect that based on the menu description so be sure to ask. Otherwise it's hard to go wrong. They're also very accommodating for slight changes to the dish (like adding mushrooms and take out onions to the mixed veggies, adding grilled shrimp to the chicken pasta dish, etc.).
