Really great food and service
I'm not really into Mexican food but after eating here, I might change my mind! Really excellent food, large portions and reasonably priced. Despite the place being crowded, the service was excellent and attentive. I'd highly recommend a visit.
Delicious food, very fast moving but good customer service. More cheese than I’d usually eat in a month. It’s very tasty but I just want hotter spice! Maybe that’s what I chose. Anyway good margaritas!
Amazing Tex Mex!
We had such a good dinner here, there was something for everyone. They give you chips and dip that just keep coming to start off your night. We walked in with a group of 7 (which I hate doing) and were accommodated quickly. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Large servings too. They do jugs of different types or margarita and have a wide range of beers.
Love love loved it! The chips and the creamy salsa (full of cilantro) are so good and the service was fantastic. Their food is fresh and full of flavor! I highly recommend the empanadas as they're hand folded, perfectly crunchy on the outside, and nice and creamy on the inside. Our party of 8 didn't have anything bad to say about our meal.

There is something about the family all being together that makes us crave Tex-Mex in Houston. Now that we are dispersed around the globe we appreciate a little home comfort food and our local Guadalajara is our go to place for our fix. Our closest Guadalajara (there are now 4 Houston locations) seems to have survived all the construction chaos going on around its location as new high rise office complexes, hotels, and shops are built. Thankfully the car parking area is still quite large to accommodate the crowds this restaurant attracts.

I had never tasted Tex-mex until I moved to Houston and now whenever my family are back together in Houston one of us will always make the request to visit our local Guadalajara for our fix. Its also true that I have never been able to leave this restaurant without feeling overwhelmingly full from eating far too much.
I cannot claim to be a tex-med officianado but every dish I have ever tried here has been quite yummy. Seemingly endless refills of chips and salsa as soon as you are seated at the table together with a quick drink service ensures that the table is full of happy diners straight away. Frozen margaritas are relish but $5 bottles of light beer seems a little on the steep side.
I don't think I have ever made it to dessert but I will keep returning as maybe one day I will pace myself better.
Me and the boyfriend love it. Sometimes the service is a little slow at the beginning of dining, but still a 5 because they are quick to take your order once they greet you and are always friendly. Love love the food. Fresh and not stingy w portions. The boyfriend can EAT and always leaves full, happy and we don't have to break the bank to avoid mediocre.

A top notch seafood/Mexican food choice. Pricey but worth it. I reccomend the snapper veracruz or enchiladas trio. The 'HANDMADE guacamole' (order by that pacific name) is the best I've found in Houston. Flan and tres leches are outstanding.
The review by AC is ridiculous. This place is terrific. I'll bet AC is a competitor. Guac is the best! And I love their quail legs...
I recently dined at Guadalajara Hacienda and had a wonderful experience. I ordered their quesadilla, and it was simply delicious. The cheese was perfectly melted, and the filling was flavorful. It's clear that they use fresh ingredients to make their dishes.
For my drink, I chose the strawberry lemonade, and it was the perfect refreshing complement to my meal. The balance of sweet strawberries and zesty lemon made for a delightful combination.
The service was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting. I highly recommend Guadalajara Hacienda for a delightful Mexican dining experience. I can't wait to return and try more of their dishes!
10/10 this place is so bomb. If you want real Authentic food this is the place to be. Seating was fast. The service was top notch they brought out hot chips and dip. The menu had so many choices for all dietary needs. I enjoyed the amount of Food you get and the price was so affordable. Please visit they had free parking the restroom was clean. I got veggie fajitas
Great experience! I went there with family and almost everyone loved their food. I had vegetable enchiladas with 1 of them with cheese only (forgot to take pics) which comes with rice and beans. Their Mangonada drink was delicious, a must try! Great ambiance and service! Highly recommend going here.

Great tex-mex, more mex than tex with some real mexican dishes like mole (enchiladas or specially requested just with chicken). Service is generally great, margaritas are good.
I love this place. Everything was great. The food was so tasty and tender. The service was nice and fast. The atmosphere was great. I love the Tex-Mex style they have.
The chips were very nice with the avocado and salsa salsa.

Great service, chips guys were on top of the sauces and chips. Our server Anna was great, very attentive, great vibes, temperature was nice and cool. Overall awesome, I got the enchilada marisco and it was very flavorful and the tres leche was just so delicious!!
First time visitor and my friends and I had a good experience. I had the tortilla soup and it was fine. The broth was a bit too thick and it needed more flavor. The house margarita was great. It was freezing inside but overall, good time.

I passed by here so many times but didn’t have a chance to dine in until yesterday. It is located in a nice block with surrounding buildings and a spacious with security car parking lot.
Food was good, seasoned well but the portions is kinda small. They also have variety of drinks.
Waiting line is 25-35 mins even with table for 3. When I sat down there are plenty of empty tables so I think because of short staffed the waiting line is long.
To sum up we had a great night. Good food good service in a happy place.
