We had such fantastic service from our waiter, Cash. We took family from out of town and our little guy. He gave us complimentary queso for our special visitors in town. He also brought a plate of fruit over for our one year old to go with his dinner, and it was Cash that suggested it! There is a reason we choose to take our out of town guests to Pappasito's and they did not disappoint! Thanks for the awesome service, Cash!
Wow. Just wow! I’m very impress with the atmosphere and the food! It’s a little pricey... but we had leftovers. The food & service was amazing!
Overall good place
They have good food variety and great drink list. My only complaint is the food was a little too salty for me. Our wait staff was very good and accommodating. The environment was clean, cheerful, and it is loud because there are so many happy people.
Excellent Fajitas
It had been quite some time since I had been to Pappasita’s and I had forgotten how good it is. Had chicken fajitas that were fabulous. Salsa was excellent, as well. Great service, too
The chips were thin and still warm but they were the best thing we had. Enchilada was pretty ordinary and the chicken in our chicken fajitas was cooked to death. Service was good and friendly but the noise level at lunch made conversation difficult. They had a lunch special, fish tacos, for about $11.99 but most dishes were priced $14 and up at lunch which seemed a little pricy considering the quality. It is a popular place and while we did n't have to wait I assume had we arrived at noon that might not have been the case.
Great place to go anytime! Best Tex- Mex restaurant! Crowded always! Expect to wait for at least 15-20 minutes for a table!

Food is always fantastic, but the thing that stands out to me besides the amazing food is the service. Always fast and friendly and above and beyond. I got some food Togo today and didnt really find the wait to be long at all, but when I got my food and informed the Togo server that I'd forgotten to ask for corn tortillas, the manager noticed he had to to go back for something else and took it upon himself to go back and get what I needed along w a giant bag of extra chips and personally delivered them and apologized for my wait. How refreshing. I was already a life long fan, but this makes them exceptional in my book!
Solid Mexican. We find Pappasito's to be a good, solid, consistent place for Mexican food. Big, festive, clean atmosphere. Excellent enchiladas. Our favorite go-to place for TexMex food.
This place has great food and drinks. The Plato Del Mar is my favorite. The service has been great. I go there at least 2 times a week.
Really good actually. Prices were up there but man everything tasted wonderful; they actually cook a good steak here, very very tender; excellent steak fajita enchilada's and the chicken taquitos were wonderful
Must have tex-mex. This is a great tex-mex place even for Texas' high standards. they have a great menu selection and everything on the menu is great. special: try the watermelon margarita's!
Pappasitos is a must everytime I visit Houston. For me it is THE place for TexMex - try finding a good or decent TexMex rest in the NY area - lots of wannabes, but never hit the mark.
It was my first time here, and it hopefully will not be my last. The service was above and beyond, thanks Jessica, food was soooo good, and it was just the right noise level to talk but not be overheard. Bar service was quick also, with smiling staff. One of the servers even danced along to the music, adding to the overall feel of a happy environment. Best birthday celebration ever.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, attentive waiter. We came in for a lunch on a Thursday and had a pleasant experience. The food was fresh and the drinks were delicious. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. We got combination plates and everything was freshly prepared and delicious! Chicken tacos, steak fajita tacos, enchiladas, rice, refried beans it was all really good.

Maria was our server and she was amazing, quick drink service and attentive. My wife and I ordered margaritas (come on it’s Mexican) they were really good. We also ordered a guacamole appetizer and ended up sharing the lunch combination fajitas, it was more than enough and tasted great. Will definitely come back if in the area
It's been quite some time since I've been to Pappasitos it did not disappoint one bit! The fajitas here are some of the best you can get in Houston. Cooking meats is something that I enjoy and if you know meats you can tell they use quality beef. I'm a fan of all the Pappas establishments and never have I been let down when dining with them. Hopefully this never changes!!

Ordered a large order for a birthday celebration at home and everything was fantastic from the order taker to the wait. They offered a courtesy drink for the wait. Friendly staff.
Fantastic staff and food is outstanding. I always stop here when visiting from Chicago. Fresh made in house flour tortillas. Probably everywhere in Texas but nothing like it in Chi Town
Tony our waiter took great care of us last night. Manager and main bartender were also top notch. Get the skinny margarita just lime juice and tequila on the rocks.
It’s not a complete trip back home if we don’t stop at one of the Pappa’s restaurants and what better choice than Tex-Mex!! We get the mixed platter because it has something for everyone. Beef & chicken fajitas, bacon wrapped shrimp & quail with all the sides. Excellent service and atmosphere! The quality of the food is top notch! Our friends ask us where to go for great Mexican food when visiting Texas and our answer is you have to go to Pappasito’s 😉
Tender, tasty, thumb-licking QUAIL, surrounded by Tex-Mex favorites and a "cold one" were the last, best meal I had in Houston recently. As a sauce lover, I asked the manager for a "tasting" set-up. He was MORE than accommodating ... and YUMMY. Their sauces are trade secrets, and worthy of keeping under lock and key! Many thanks to the excellent server who ran around extra quickly to help me set up for the pictures and eat outside. If you're in the area, this is a must for family who want authentic Mexican-styled food with a "Lone Star" twist.
