Have ALWAYS had a DELICIOUS meal! Both items served hot, fresh, full of flavor to the very last bite. Staff friendly, attentive and smiles. We enjoy each visit and location~thank you DS, you never disappoint!

Nice airy atmosphere with wonderful bunch items and a friendly, attentive staff. Food was tasty and sizable portions. They give you a lot of beignets so be careful LOL. Convenient covered parking. Recommend!

Love the place for Brunch/Lunch! No long waiting, good quality brunch, big selection, fast service, outdoor seating available. Had salmon avocado toast đź‘Ś Will come back

I am not a fan of chain restaurants, but this one blew my mind. Their food is exquisite, they really pay attention to details and how to activate your taste buds, and their service was also great. Nothing else to add more than "It's a must "

The shrimp tacos were really yummy, as was the chicken sandwich. Also got a pancake that was pretty good. Prices very reasonable.

I love this place!!!!! Amazing food and decent portion size. I like that everything is fresh and locally grown. Their mimosas and spa water are awesome and very decently priced for a pitcher. The coffee is good as well. The customer service was awesome, the servers checked on us within a time frame that was neither too short or too long. The manager stepped out and spoke with us as well. Great place, can't wait to return!

Traveling comes with fun food reviews! I found Dish Society to have some real amazing food. But is it worth the price? We ordered a BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich, Pesto Chicken sandwich, Chicken Tortilla soup and a set of popcorn shrimp, sweet mashed potatoes and Truffle Mac n Cheese. BBQ Pulled Pork and Pesto Chicken were on point. But the big surprise was the sides. Both the Mac and Sweet Potatoes were better than I thought. The soup is as a bit salty. For drinks we had Sangria and Lemonberry, both were really good, felt the sangria was a bit too sweet though. The manager/owner found out we are from out of town and treated us, that’s always a bonus. But the biggest negative thing was the wait, after getting our food we didn’t see our waitress for awhile. Our waitress was super ice and polite but the fact of not seeing her for awhile was bothersome. Verdict: a definite visit! Solid 4/5

Came here for breakfast and the food was good. I got the shrimp and grits and that’s delicious and enough to share among two people. My niece also likes the pancake a lot. The green juice and coffee were underwhelming. The outside seating was nice. Parking garage is right next to the place. I docked one star due to slow service in ordering. There were only one party in front of me and it was taking a long time for the person to get the order right.

This place was fantastic. The servers immediately treated us like best friends, there was a great atmosphere, clean restaurant and the food... my goodness the food was stupendously delicious. The flavor was well crafted and incredibly enjoyable. Compliments to the chef for preparing such a tasty dish - I had the brisket stuffed sweet potato which was divine. I highly recommend Dish Society to anybody looking for a great meal and enjoyable night out.

I only had the side of Mac and cheese and an iced coffee when I went but man this iced coffee was so good! Brunch places have the best iced coffees! The Mac and cheese was very rich and good as well! Nice location, it was so packed that we had to sit outside but thankfully the weather wasn't so bad when I went!

Highly recommend. Wish I tried this place sooner. I dined here for the first time on 9/2/2021 a Thursday evening around 5:30 pm. There was no wait and guests can select their own seats. The food was delicious, tasted fresh, and had great flavor! It arrived in a timely manner. A majority of the ingredients are sourced in Texas (farm to market). My favorite appetizer was the BERRY BRUSCHETTA (fresh baked bolillo topped with goat cheese, seasonal fruit, balsamic reduction, mint & basil). I also ordered the TEXAS PECAN PESTO PASTA (linguini, house tx pecan basil pesto, creme fraiche, spinach, grape tomatoes & parmesan). I added fried chicken tenders to the top which gave it a nice texture. I wish the pasta had more tomatoes in it. The pasta had peppercorns or something in it which gave it a little kick. My cousin enjoyed all of his food. He ordered the chicken tortilla soup and HOUSTON HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH *house favorite*(buttermilk fried chicken breast tossed in houston hot sauce, drizzled with local honey, & topped with pickled onions & dill ranch slaw on a pretzel bun $13.75). Our server was very nice and provided good menu recommendations. We ordered two of the three things he suggested. I look forward to going back and trying other menu options. I like that they offer vegetarian and GF options. The prices are very fair for the quality of food and portion size. More guest started to arrive around 7 pm. Free parking is available in the ramp behind the building. Outdoor seating available. Four (4) stars because the table and booth we sat at has crumbs on as if they were not properly sanitized prior to our arrival even though the place wasn’t busy. I had to ask my server to refill my water multiple times too which was annoying. He was apologetic but that didn’t quench my thirst. The restrooms smelled terrible.

This was my first time dining in at the restaurant - the food was delicious but overall between the cashier and table service it did feel quite hectic. Our cashier was very sweet but she did mention that it was 'very hectic' that morning. I ordered the brisket and eggs and I was informed the kitchen was out of the biscuits - I was offered toast but I wish I had known if I had just waited I could have gotten a biscuit as later on I saw a nearby table served a biscuit. I think overall I was there a little over an hour - service was excellent, the food delicious but I was slightly disappointed that such a popular spot seemed overwhelmed with a high volume of customers. The ambiance is fantastic - I would love to come back maybe when it's not as busy.

Love love love. The atmosphere. Encountered many employees and all were incredibly nice, helpful, and cheerful. They left a lasting impression. I loved that the staff were all shades of colors and were neurodiverse. The food is amazing. We all got different dishes and everyone loved their food. The biscuits are perfect southern biscuits-fluffy and thick. The bacon was perfectly cooked and the hash had more pork belly than any hash I’ve ever had. We visited on 1//1/19 and it was a great way to start the new year. I will definitely be back.

I had the Grilled Pesto Chicken Sandwich and the Turkey Avocado Club Sandwich. They were both soooooo good and I loved the Pretzel Bun and the Goat Cheese on the Pesto Sandwich. I loved that everything tasted so fresh in the Turkey Sandwich! The Entry level juice (Pineapple, Carrot, Orange, Ginger) was so refreshing and you could taste each ingredient! The Fried Smoked Gouda Grits Balls were amazing but very filling and I loved the Jalapeño jelly that they came with. Overall this place was delicious and super filling! The service here was outstanding! They came to check on us often and the waiter even brought us napkins without us even having to ask!

A MUST IF YOU’RE IN HOUSTON, about 6min away from the Gallo! Bestfriend and I first time visiting for brunch and boy were we pleasantly surprised by everything! There was a line upon our arrival but it moved very quickly. The ladies at the register were helpful with menu choices and had great suggestions. It was packed because it was peak brunch hours but we were able to find a table near the wall. I do wish the place had more space but I guess the size is part of the charm. Our food arrived fast and hot. Kevin and Brandon were THE best!!!! Both very nice and funny they kept my bestfriend and I laughing the whole time we were there!! Everything we got was BEYOND amazing and delicious!! I got the shrimp & grits with an extra egg& my bestfriend got the brisket with eggs and hash brown (I think that was her side lol) and we both shared the Pineapple mimosa pitcher and croissant beignets. This was our first time visiting AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!! Mimosas- EFFING AMAZING Shrimp& Grits- EFFING AMAZING Croissant Beignet- TO DIE FOR& EFFING AMAZING!!! Coffee- Good Service- EFFING AMAZING

Cute restaurant. It’s an order when you walk in and the food is brought to the table by the server. The atmosphere was super chill. The food was good! I def recommend the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese! Great experience but the sides did come out a little cold and could have used a tad more seasoning.

I found Dish Society on yelp and was attracted to the farm to table approach and menu. The reviews were very good and they offered an above average selection of gluten free options. My wife and I live in New England and were visiting our son who recent relocated to the area, so we decided to give it a try for Sunday brunch. The establishment was very clean and sported a smart decor. Parking was readily available and free. They were busy, but not in a overwhelming sense. The place is set up as a order and pay restaurant, they will then seat you and bring your order to the table when ready. Our wait was only about 10-15 minutes. Our drink order of prickly pear mimosas was delivered promptly to the table. My wife ordered the brisket and eggs which included a house made buttermilk biscuit, my son had chicken and biscuits and I, the shrimp and grits with a single side pancake. The selections did not disappoint, they were outstanding and the presentations were simple and well done. The staff was amazing, providing information for first time visitors on how things worked and were extraordinarily patient and attentive to any question you may have. A special shout out must go to Kevin, who I believe was the floor manager, he was very friendly and engaging and not only made you feel at home, but sealed the deal for us that we will certainly return again on our next visit to the Houston area. I also suspect, they will be seeing more of our son.

I have a gluten intolerance and visited here for brunch. Half of their menu is gluten free!! I was overwhelmed with choices which never happens for me! My food was amazing and I was able to pick off my family member’s plates too since they make naturally gluten free meals that everyone loves! Pork belly hash had me drooling and the shrimp and grits were too good to keep my fork out of.

I have to say the food was amazing and so delicious. I've never been, and was visiting a friend from Boston. We went today before my flight home. What wasn't amazing was the fact that everyone behind the counter didn't seem to give one single care about the customers. We ordered a carafe of mimosa, and the brisket and eggs. (I substituted my brisket for pork belly, which they accommodated and was also delicious.) The staff cared far more about laughing and joking with each other than serving customers. We got our mimosas after our food by almost ten minutes and if they were busy, I wouldn't have minded. But we were one of 3 tables in the place and we could SEE the girl behind the bar just opening the bottle, walking off to make jokes, screwing around, etc. I went to a woman in a plaid shirt, who seemed to be a manager, and said we didn't get our carafe yet. I got a fairly rude/dismissive "Yeah, it's coming." When we DID get it from the same woman, she apologized and said " Sorry it took so long. My guy has the ADD." She pointed to a man I never had take an order and who was never behind the bar. When that same guy came to the table and asked if our food was tasting alright and if we needed anything, he seemed very nice. Again, the food was awesome but... the rest of the experience seemed like the staff didn't give a shit that they had a job to do, and they were far more interested in making us seem like an inconvenience to them. Unsure if I would ever go again. On top of it all, I was diagnosed with ADHD years and years ago, and have a career in law enforcement. Don't blame your terrible service on someone's processing difficulty. Thanks for the pork belly, kitchen folks.

Dish Society's food is the best!! Cheese Grits are yummy and very filling. Bacon taste like candy and the skillet potatoes and a nice spice to them. The one downfall of this place is the line you have to wait in to place your order and the limited seating.

We recently went to Dish Society for breakfast. It was our first time there and, sadly, we got there too late for breakfast. However, we found a few dishes and made our selections. The Brussels Sprouts tacos were really good. The mac and cheese was mediocre. I don't recall the 3rd entrée. The fresh juices were delicious, as was the fruit and herb infused complimentary Spa Water. HOWEVER, where the food lacked the customer service more than made up for it. There was an issue with one of my food items. I returned it and received a newly prepared item. Shortly thereafter, a manager (Johnathan) came out to apologize and to see what he could do to make the experience better. He comp'd our beverages. We continued to eat when another issue arose - this time with the condiment dispenser (black pepper to be exact). A table busing staff member noticed my distress and offered to replace my food item that was now ruined because of the condiment mishap. Instead, considering that I had just returned an item, I asked for the manager. I showed him the problem with my food item and the problem with the condiments. He immediately replaced that food item as well. He behaved as if my complaints were valid, my positive experience was important, and my business desired. At no point did I have to "fight" or "argue" my point; and, I attribute that to Jonathan's interest in having and retaining me as a customer. Food: 4 stars Service: 5 stars

I ordered the Pork Belly Hash minus the hash. The cashier was shocked that I ordered my food this way. I eat Keto so no potatoes for me. The food was delicious but I would have enjoyed more hollandaise. A Keto friendly menu other al cart would be nice.

Food was amazing. Very clean restaurant. The best part of it all is the customer service. Very professional friendly customer service. Kevin the manager was on top of everything. I highly recommend this place!!!

Really enjoyed the food and the service was great. The line moved along pretty quick and we waited only a few minutes for a table. They have a nice variety of menu items and it’s farm to table fresh.

The food is always fantastic. If it wasn't for the unbearably frustrating parking, I'd eat here more often. It's one of those situations where every time you think you've found a spot, you're met with those maddening signs that read, "This space is reserved for such and such." So you drive in circles and find another spot only to be met with another reserved sign. The food is good. But it's not worth the parking frustrations.

Our server Ziya was the best! She was able to suggest what to order and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. If we are ever back in Houston we will definitely be stopping at Dish Society and asking for Ziya!

Outstanding place for lunch! It came recommended and I know why, amazing food, friendly and very fast service with great atmosphere. I travel constantly and it's nice to find a place this good away from home.

I really don’t like the lining up and placing my order. It got hectic and it was slow. I did like the food and waiting staff courtesy.
