Service was a little slow at first but picked up when our waiter got to our table. The food is absolutely delicious! I’ve been to their other locations and to this one once & finally got the chance to visit again to do some Christmas shopping. Wow, the stuffed fontina cheese mushroom is so tasty and one of the best vegan appetizer I’ve tasted along with the shrimp scampi & steak Diane. Soo good!

This is one of my favorite restaurants due to the variety on their menu. This location had superb customer service. It was very clean, and there was no wait. The food was hot as soon as it hit the table and delicious to say nonetheless.

Some Cheesecake Factory branches just take over other branches. This one @ The Galleria, is considered 1 of the best out there. These 3 dishes as well are some of our all-time favorite. Sheila Salad never disappointed us, the DaVinci Pasta is my kids & teenage favorite for years, and the French Dip Sandwich is something that people would definitely appreciate if they just give it a try. I believe because of how big the Cheesecake Factory menu, people don't notice it easily. The unique way of dipping the French sandwich in the beef broth gives it the twist needed that separates it from the rest of sandwiches out there.

Food here is always amazing, but this time the service was not amazing and the atmosphere was honestly super uncomfortable. Not because the place per se but the people, bunch of people looking at my niece and I like if we didn’t belong. I don’t know, it was super weird, made me feel super unsafe tbh. I was visiting my niece from México and only spent the weekend. Im caucasian and still it was very uncomfortable.

It's a chain restaurant but this one was plenty good when we were there. Tipping was optional so this is very friendly to tourists. Food quality was superb and servings were huge (ok maybe typical Texas sizes). The variety of cheesecakes was overwhelming and would suit all the sweet toothed diners with all sorts of combinations. Any of the choices were great and would not disappoint.

I went during the afternoon/evening. They honor their lunch prices until 5pm during the week. That’s a win! Join the club for discounted cheesecake slices. The service was nice. My only gripe is that there iba r a bathroom on the second floor.

Food was seasoned to perfection! 👍👍 Drinks took a while, but were made very well 👍 The bread was delicious too Sliders for an appetizer, Filet mignon, and Chicken Parmesan "Pizza style", finished with a Cinnabon Cheesecake Clean silverware on our table, but an area in our booth was stained and hadn't been wiped down..in such a big location, I understand it's hard to notice things that you aren't looking for, but it kind of ruined the mood(being that we were celebrating our 12th yr anniversary there). I would've brought it up then, but didn't want to delay or spoil our date night Would definitely revisit,as we prefer it over the Webster location closer to us(we traveled 1hr from home)

The food was truly made my visit worth the wait! Although the waiter was friendly, he took around 36 minutes to come and tell us that he was our waiter, by the time they came to introduce themselves my entire party already knew what to order. Well we place orders and by the time our food came we had all forgotten what we had ordered. We got seated at around 4:30 pm, didn’t get attended til like 5:15 pm and didn’t start eating until 6:28 pm. At some point our original waiter even came and introduced us to our new waiter. Well expecting this waiter to do a better job, they actually manage to do an even worse gob at their entitled job, to wait on customers😂😂😂. It was quite comical to say the least. Our waiter finally comes after we have finished our meals, and we asked for our dessert and oh dear, they not only kept forgetting to bring us the menu for the cheesecakes but again once we finally placed the order, they waiter themselves were shocked at how slow they were being. Besides the service being as slow as a slime-less snail trying to get across the dresser carrying its own weight in rocks, the food was fresh, delicious, filling and would definitely recommend the grilled salmon with the fresh squeeze of lemon along with these creamy yet lumpy side of mashed potatoes. The broccoli was just the right touch of freshness and iron. The sauce which I think is some kind of horseradish is also quite tasty. The Korean fried chicken was also flavorful and the cheesecake well, could have been better presentation at least the celebration one looked a little sad but overall the slices were decent. Overall Cheesecake Factory is a classic where the food may not be lacking flavor but the service is always what makes you think twice about dinning in.

Cheesecake Factory is a good option to eat inside the Galleria shopping center. Upon arrival it was super fast, the host immediately give us a table, our server was very attentive and fast. For food we ordered the Eggrolls plate you have different flavors and different dips, all were delicious. The Cesar Salad was super fresh and the dressing was divine, the Pepperoni Flatbread was super delicious too. I have really come several times to eat in this town and it is always an excellent experience.

The environment is welcoming. You do not need to dress up here, unlike the neighboring restaurants. The bread they give come out the same time as our appetizer 🤦🏻‍♀️ and unfortunately the drinks did not stay filled (but that was on the server). The plates were pretty good. We can’t complain. We probably won’t be back , not our style but it was nice!
