Great customer service! Aaron, our server was incredibly accommodating and attentive. My husband's burger was over-cooked and a manager quickly came over to have the burger re-cooked and packaged to go. Food was good, service was excellent and we were seated in the section with windows. The only thing that bothered us was the plastic dividers between each booth was dirty. I would definitely recommend this location.
The food here is great. I tried a lot of different ones because of the people I was with and I liked it all. The first day we went there the waiter was great, he was communicative and overall a cool guy. But the second day, our waiter wasn't so good. She talked to only the mentors in the group and not the kids. She asked for refills once, I had to call her to get her to refill my water and she dident ask the kids if they wanted to go boxes nor cheesecake. Overall the food was great, and we had fun
Although we waited for 40 minutes the restaurant was SOOOOO accommodating! They allowed us to sit comfortably in a bar section, we were able to order appetizers that a server bought to our area and they let us have menus while we waited. The hostess and manager on duty were GREAT 👍🏻 during our wait and kept us abreast of our seating. Our table was ready in 40 minutes, the food was delicious and our server gave us 10 star service. We were a party of 9 and he was able to split our checks perfectly! We stayed until 10pm after dining and drinking. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a busy Saturday at the Galleria Mall, I always suggest parking at the Dillard's across the street and walking over.
Definitely my favorite branch in the Houston area. Would’ve given 5 stars but the service is not always consistent. Almost always packed but sometimes the food takes too long. Love their huge nacho starter and buffalo blasts. Fried mac n cheese is also another favorite! Their Louisiana chicken pasta is my favorite dish so flavorful. My fave cheesecake must be the white chocolate raspberry I just love how refreshing it is and not too heavy even after a large meal.
Food is great. Cane out hot and salads came out fresh. We were a party of 10 so understandably foot took a while. We were seated within 30 of pulling up so that was a plus. Place was packed and parking was hectic but once we were inside i felt all was worth it. Doubt i will be back just to come eat here, but if i am in the area then i would of course.
Dined here Sunday with guests from out of town. Food was decent. It took almost an hour for it to come out. Our waiter, Barry was very attentive! The Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad was not good. The cheesecakes were amazing! We ordered 3 different kinds!
