The Moonshiners - Houston - Photo album

The husband and I decided to come here last night and we are so glad we did! When you walk you, there's a sign telling you to seat yourself, so we did. I do not recall our server's name, but we had a couple of different people stop by while we were there and they were all so helpful! For starters,
Not a 5 star but got what we expected. We had a new server so that was kind of fun and she got things mostly right. The food was good portioned, the burger and Nashville hot were well constructed and tasty. Basically a solid choice and good place to watch a game.
Stopped for dinner on our walk to the Astros game. Sat inside and it was pleasant. Great deal for happy hour drinks and apps. Our snacks were tasty, and everything that was being carried out around us looked delightful as well. Our server stopped by an appropriate amount. Overall a nice experience.
Delicious drinks, great food (especially for how late it was) and excellent service. I love their Alex Bregman grilled cheese so much that I took a bite before I took the picture lol oops.
My friend and I had a great time for dinner while we had a staycation in downtown Houston. The service was on point, drinks were SO tasty, and their brisket nachos quickly disappeared from our plate. We sat at the bar and absolutely loved the bar staff, we will be back for sure!
The Moonshiners Southern Table + Bar is a rustic eatery that offers a cozy atmosphere, ideal for indulging in moonshine and whiskey cocktails along with some Southern comfort fare. During our visit, we tried the biscuits and gravy as well as the chicken and waffles. While the dishes were tasty and s
Had brunch here with friends. I had the breakfast brisket tacos, pretty good! They all had the chicken and waffles. I tried the chicken, good but too spicy for my taste. Our server, Paul, was so attentive and helpful.
The food was pretty good. I had the shrimp tacos next time I think I'll try it without the sweet sauce. Husband had brisket sandwich 🥪 Very tasty. Bartender gal very helpful with beer parings and waiter was pleasant tho he forgot a couple of requests. Restaurant seating was pleasant and plentiful a
I had the BLT with a side salad. My husband had the smoked brisket sandwich with a side salad. Finally, our son had the signature burger with a side of fried okra. The food was pretty good. My husband’s sandwich was a little dry though. Our sides were very generous. The other negative was the slow s
The food was amazing. All of the waitresses work the entire floor! I had a great experience.
Decent, nothing fancy. My first visit was great, but 2nd one not so much: staff were too slow. I was hungry and waited for 10 minutes to order. Then I left
We went for lunch and was seated right away. Very cozy atmosphere. Our order was taken right away. Service was on point. The food was good, hot and well portioned. Clean place. Cocktail's were well made.
Food was great. 2 people 2 drinks, entrees and one appy was about $100. Atmosphere was nice and relaxed. They were very busy which made them a little slow but that is understandable. The "moonshine" was really yummy even though I don't like most moonshine I have tasted. Worth it.
Nice corner bar/grill. Not ideal if you are a carnivore like me, all the sides are carby. Burger was cooked correctly and was tender. My co workers really enjoyed their plates.
