We went here for my daughter's 21st birthday, The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasing. The restaurant was clean, the service was perfect. The staff was very polite, professional and attentive. Our waitress was named Excel, and the manager there was Logan. Myself, my wife and my daughter all made sure the manager understood how good our experience was, and that a large portion of that experience was because of our waitress. We never had to ask for a glass to be refilled, we never had to wait or hunt down our waitress for any needs we had. She always made her rounds and always make sure that we didn't need anything. We will be returning to this location.

Our server was the best, he made us feel welcome and his service (A+) was impeccable. Food was wonderful and season to perfection. Our server made sure we had refill on our drinks or whatever we needed while in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

The food and service were excellent. Our waiter, John, flawlessly took care of 13 people which included celebrating 2 birthdays. He was very attentive and courteous. The food was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere got a little noisy because of surrounding parties but overall, it was a very memorable night for our family. Call ahead early because of a possibly long wait.

My favorite Cajun restaurant! Always consistent quality food and great service. Our fav location closed on Richmond so we travel to the Katy Frwy or Westheimer locations.

Their food is delicious and I love the fried shrimp they have the best fried shrimp in the business and I've been to the 5 star restaurants in different cities and states and theirs the best.. They have a great menu selection and create cocktails and the service is good. I would suggest reserving a table around the holidays because they stay busy

Had an awesome experience Thursday evening for my birthday! Because we hadn't been in a couple of years, our server, Ariana, was knowledgeable of the menu and gave us excellent recommendations on what to order!
The manager stopped by. He exhibited great customer service making sure we enjoyed our visit!
I hope to go back in the very near future!

I don’t usually like seafood, but I was on a date. The waitress (her name Devine) was amazing. Restaurant was busy, but she was still over the top friendly and courteous and engaging! I had the catfish with red beans, flavor was great, portions good too. Needed just a little more sausage in with the red beans. Really enjoyed my experience with this place. Definitely check it out!

We love this chain, and they tend to be well managed and consistent. This one did not disappoint. It was a work lunch and all five of us were more than pleased with the food. The lunch portions are a little large, not a complaint but be aware.

Everything was great! Waiter was very customer friendly! Drinks: I got a strawberry margarita but it definitely wasn't a margarita it was more like a strawberry slush "where was the tequila?? A paid to much for a margarita and I got a Slush!! Do better on your cocktails/drinks. They look good but extremely week!

I visited this restaurant with my family and I'm glad that I did. The atmosphere was so inviting and the wait staff were very professional. Our food was ready in under an hour and was presented neatly. Everything we ordered did not disappoint. We will be returning.

Pappadeaux Seafood was on point. The food was delicious. Everything that was brought to our table was seasoned well, hot, and cooked to perfection. The service I'm giving 3 stars. I believe our waitstaff might need to work on time management. The waitstaff was pleasant, however, I could see she seemed a bit irritable at times. Overall, this location is a winner.

I had the blackened catfish with red beans and rice and I was blown away at how tasty the meal was. Fried calamari was 10/10. The gumbo 9/10. Grilled scallop and veggies 10/10. Our server deserved his tip plus more. The voodoo drink could use a bit more alcohol. Overall, the food is worth the price.

Food is excellent, Service is great. You can't go wrong here. Great for corporate meetings, Families with Screaming kids don't tend to go here, so its more of an adult atmosphere. I always get the Greek salad, and it always exceeds my expectations.

They are always out of the crab fingers every time I visit this location. The first waiter I had left and never returned and another waiter came and said I will be your new waiter. The food was okay but not the best.

The warm french bread and butter tasteful, I ordered the Louisiana Shrimp Seafood Gumbo and the Shrimp Lump Crab Cobb Salad. Large portion of the salad I had to ask for a carryout tray.

My parents and I finally had time to meet up for dinner anticipating great food. We ordered the Costa Rican mahi Alexander and it was very bland. No seasoning n flavor at all. Appetizers were good and drinks as well. My daughter got the chicken tenders and again no taste- no seasoning. To top it that evening the food dos not sit well ..

I celebrated my birthday on April 24 at Pappadeaux on I-10 East. The young lady who waited on us was the best since I been going there. I enjoyed the evening. The food was good, my daughter sent the appetizer Back because it wasn’t prepared as she asked.. the service was much better compared to my last visit..However I enjoyed it all this time.
