The food, the staff and the atmosphere is amazing! We feasted on brisket, ribs, and sausage along with coleslaw and Mac and cheese. Each piece of meat was cut as it was being served. The most unexpected delight was the pecan pie which had a lovely flavour and not overly sweet. So sad that we only got to eat here once during our trip but we will be back!!

Goode Co. BBQ is an amazing place with great atmosphere inside and out. Great food and great people. The atmosphere inside is like traveling the backroads of Texas. From the plywood door to the tattered posters on the ceiling it feels as if you’re in some hidden BBQ gem in the Texas Hill Country rather than on Kirby Dr.. The dining room is small and seats very few but the awning outside seats many more with picnic tables. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Food and service was amazing! My family so much! The place is clean and the workers are friendly and accommodating. We ate juicy lean brisket that was cut right in front of me to perfection. We also ate lean pork ribs and some kielbasa with jalapeños cheese bread. We followed it with a whole pecan pie. The kids were in heaven. This is a perfect place to for those who are on a carnivore diet. They have plenty of sides to choose from but we didn’t need it. We were rolling out of there with nice full tummy’s. I would def recommend friends and family to go here for a nice evening outing.

WELCOME TO TEXAS. No need to waste time and money on destination hipster BBQ that is all tats and no cattle. Good Company is the real deal. Has been since the 80s. Pics from Katy Freeway/Hedwig Village location. All good.

Awesome! Great BBQ… recommend the brisket and the chicken! Baked beans were good but the pecan pie was outstanding.

The fatty brisket here is dependably good. Plus no wait usually and nice sides like Mac n cheese and beans - it’s my go to for brisket!

Manager Tracie McIntosh was the best! My daughter & I went to order our Thanksgiving Meal but we weren’t sure how much to order so Manager Tracie sat down with us and even gave us samples of meats( brisket, sausage & turkey ) which tasted amazing. He was so patient & answered all our questions. We were definitely pleased we chose Goode Barbecue for our Thanksgiving Dinner this year. We can’t wait for the day. Thank you Tracie!!!

Chris and Casey were the two I interacted most so far. Both were very professional and nice. The meat are cooked to perfection. This has become my go to spot for lunch every day. The brisket is so tender that it convinced me Texasans life are uniquely good. Why this restaurant concept isn't everywhere!
