Do yourself a huge favor, and go to Rise! My dining out club F.E.A.S.T. decided to try Rise and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing! Be sure to try the blue cheese on the cheese plate, delicious. And don't skip the Marshmallow Soup...yum! Not only was the food stellar, the staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is elegant but lively. I loved the décor and the table place settings felt so fancy. The pottery for the soup was just too cute. Everyone in our group loved the entire experience. Go check them out, you won't regret it!
It was our first time and it was GREAT. We decided to start with 4 cheeses from their cheese cart. They had a great selection and you can sample before deciding. Their bread was amazing as well. The cheeses come with some nuts, pickles, olives etc.. to cleans your pallet between cheeses. When we were almost done with the cheese we ordered our souffles. My wife went with a dessert one, chocolate, and I went with a savory one, spicy herb and sausage. They were both really great. They take 15 to 20 minutes and we timed them well. As they say at Rise, "You have to wait on your souffle, but your souffle will not wait on you!" The service was excellent and the staff was knowledgeable of the cheeses and other dishes. They were really helpful for our first time. We will definitely go back.
Light, fluffy deliciousness!!! Beautiful setting for great food!! The crab souffle and the mushroom infused souffle were both incredible. Make sure you leave room for apricot, chocolate, or bananas fosters souffle with a cappuccino!!
What a pleasure to eat here! It is my go to place whenever I have guests from out of town visiting (or when we celebrate a special day), very exquisite French soufflés and literally everything else! My recommendation is to share a savory and sweet soufflé with other person since portions are big and you need to try both!. Always pay attention to the season specials since they tend to be the best!
The place is on the second floor above the Mexican restaurant, the place is very noisy due to the loud music and open kitchen, all patrons shouting typical of a restaurant in America so it's hard to conduct a civilized conversation.
The service is friendly and attentive although it took time for them to remove finished plates. They mainly have Souffles which are pretty good, I ordered brie with cauliflower, it was good but not great in flavor, kind of bland; the gazpacho soup was really good and authentic, for dessert I had cassis souffle, it was pretty delicious. Plenty of parking on site.
The cutest place!!! The best soufflé!!! We went for HRW 2019 and it did not disappoint! We added wine flights and it made for a perfect evening! The wait staff were all so friendly and the ambience is perfection! Can’t wait to go back and try different options! Everything melted in my mouth!!!!
I love this restaurant so much! I've only been here a handful of times but the food is always consistently good and the service absolutely wonderful. The decor is simultaneously chic and cute which makes it great for a girl's night or a romantic date. I highly recommend the crab soufflé when it's in season, and the raspberry soufflé for dessert. The marshmallow soup is divine!
