Visited Houston for the Beyoncé concert and came to this restaurant. This place is the best food I’ve had in Houston to be honest. I got the tacos and I don’t Normally like tacos, but these were the best I’ve had in YEARS! Sean was our waiter and he was so nice, full of knowledge and patient with us, the drinks was immaculate l!!!! The customer service was AWESOME!! You won’t regret it.

Cheese enchiladas are always delicious! We love their thin chips and salsa. Pappasito’s food is always consistent from our experiences. I recommend getting the house Margarita served 1/2 frozen & 1/2 on the rocks because the frozen is usually too frozen to drink. It also gives it a better flavor.
Don’t forget to ask for a fresh dough ball to help keeps kids entertained!

I think my waiters name was Kasey, he did a great job and was super attentive the entire time! I tried the margarita special blood orange flavor, it was really tasty!
The lunch fajitas are always a go to, and queso with beef fajita added. Highly recommend this little spot! Great for lunch or event just drinks and snacks.

My family and I enjoyed the Family platter #2 (which included the bacon-wrapped quail, fajita meat, grilled chicken, and shrimp). It took about an hour and fifteen minutes from the time we entered the restaurant to the time we were served our meal. I give four stars because of price to food quality ratio. They also had a small Spanish band play some songs for everyone towards the end of our meal. Overall I recommend — good food and environment.

They have THE BEST DAMN MANGO MARGS!!! It goes down like a smoothie but sneaks up on you when you least expect it, I love their tortilla chips and green sauce. It's the best!

The watermelon margarita was awesome. I asked for it smoky because I wanted to see what smoky meant and it came regular. Still don't know what smoky means. The food was delicious. And Tim our waiter was so patient and kind since it was our first time. I would definitely go back!

I decided to take a quick cheat meal and went to my old Favorite place. Food for the most part is ALWAYS great here for me. Today’s visit was all about the service. Shea was my waitress and whatever she is compensated for working here, it isn’t enough.
Great service is hard to find and if you drink like I do, you’ll earn your tip and then some. Shea was personable and very pleasant. All staff should yearn to be like her in that way.

Excellent Tex-Mex food. The service was outstanding. Portion size is very generous for all dishes ordered by our table. Expect the average order to cost around $20 with drinks. Excellent facility with very secure parking and a security guard, making sure everything is safe and secure.

Bad experience in this location and all because of the waiter! Since it was national margarita day yesterday 02/22 my friends and I decided to go there to celebrate one of our friends birthday. When we were seated we asked our waiter if they have happy hour or any special on margaritas, he said no and if you guys want to leave somewhere else I won’t stop you...really?! What a horrible way to treat customers! The service with our waiter was just bad from the beginning to the end, for that very important reason I’m giving this location 2 stars, other than that the food was great, my skinny margaritas tasted like juice (not a bit of tequila, even after I told the waiter) the manager was amazing!

I love Little Pappasitos. I'm only 5 minutes away from this fun place. All their food and drinks are delicious but yesterday I had the grilled salmon and mango salad and I ate every bit of it! I like my salmon extra crispy.
Highly recommend it. Ask for the dressing on the side.

I always take every opportunity to eat at this Pappasito's when in Houston. I love all the restaurants and am a regular at the one in Humble. The Richmond one is always so good with lots of food and delicious drinks. I have been going to this one for over 20 years, never get disappointed. The fajitas are always the best! My only complaint is that a few years back they took the spicy shrimp enchiladas off the menue. The seafood ones are not as good, sure wish they would bring them back. (Hint ,hint)

Pappasitos always graat but will NOT be returning to this location. Business lunch with coworkers. Food was delicious, I had the lunch mixed fajitas "medium" and it was more than enough. The waiter was super cool, however, the girl that brought the food was very rude putting it on the table and even threw my tortillas on top of the chips.
We had to ask for more chips cause she crushed them all.

Our waitress Leslie was a darling! Kept bringing baskets of corn chips, until the rest of our party arrived, was attentive, and even had the manager help sub for her when she became busy with another large party. The manager cut us off! Why? I only had half a piña colada and 1 shot, oh and don’t forget the 3 glasses of water. Maybe it’s because we were laughing and having a good time. Hmmm.. or maybe because my African American friend was massaging my Mexican ass and massaging my two gay friends too. Hmmm, I don’t know, but I do know none of us had drank to much. Been to this location on numerous occasions. The food is good. However, the parking situation is not good! Never enough spaces and the parking spaces are very tight, you can barely open your doors after parking. Went there on 7/15/18 and once again no parking. We had to park in the adjacent lot. Long story short during our meal our car is towed, $250.00 to retrieve our car! This is bad enough only to be worse by the fact that I strongly suspect that the security guards at Little Pappasito’s are running a scam with the towing company. They observe you enter the restaurant after you couldn’t find a space. Once you’re seated they call the tow company! The Little Papasito’s security guards then receive a portion of the $250.00 towing fee. This info was relayed to me by a UBER driver who advised me on what he had observed while sitting in the lot where my car was towed from!! Terrible situation Little Pappasito’s Security guards are placing “their” customers in!!! <br/><br/>

, this used to be great about 10 years ago it was actually better than most locations in the city especially for brunch on Sundays I don't know what happened to this place they got rid of the green sauce off the menu and even if you ask for the green sauce whoever makes it it's so horrible you didn't don't even want to eat it their steak is kind of drying out and their beans and rice really don't have flavor for Tex Mex I will go somewhere else sad to say this concept is going downhill and for the prices they charge you could easily go somewhere else that has better food and that is cheaper

Will drive from The Woodlands to Lil Pappasitos in the city. The brunch is delicious as well as other fare. Other locations don’t offer the brunch. Food always comes out HOT and CONSISTENT. Nice atmosphere and great service. Thank you!

This place is this disgusting !!!! literally as I was eating a big ass roach jumped on my table and stared me in the face as he flew away very calmly as if he does this very often meanwhile the waiter just grab the roach as if this was normal and took the roach into the kitchen. I asked the staff where the health exception was posted and none of them had any kind of idea what I was remotely speaking of. If you're having dinner with their worst enemy I suggest you go here. If not stay far away if you don't want roaches in your food.<br/>

A well-known name in the Houston food scene and my go-to place to take out-of-towners. We went there on a Sunday night and the place was packed. My biggest gripe was the size of the tables and how closely packed they all were. It was rather loud and uncomfortable. This is part of Pappadeaux which means everything is amazing. I had the Pappasito's Griller and was very impressed and so happy they came with homemade flour tortillas! Our waitress Megan was helpful and excited to us first timers. I will definitely be doing back.

Excellent food! Great service as well. We ordered tacos with fajita chicken, but they came with regular shredded chicken. We didn't tell the waitress because they were still delicious, but when she came to take away our plates she noticed they'd gotten our order wrong. She didn't charge us for that $16 plate even though we told her it was still tasty. They definitely aim to keep their customers happy!

Foods great!! However someone should inform the bartenders how to bartender. A skinny margarita is tequila, agave, and freshly squeezed lime juice shaken and strained over ice. No sour mix, no oj, no triple sec.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!. We ate here for the first time and we were both blown away! We got complimentary queso because it was our first time there, and it was so creamy. I had shrimp and pork tacos, and my boyfriend had a triple enchilada plate. My tacos were out of this world...they fell apart in my mouth, and the spanish rice had a hint of mint, which was unexpected but fantastic. We shared a dulce de leche dessert, which was just sealed the deal for us. We will DEFINITELY be going back!

LillyP. On Sunday, Mothers Day,my family and I arrived at 2:30 PM and was told it would be and hours wait. It only took 15 minutes and a margarita to get seated. After ordering, the food came out cold and we had to keep asking for tea and chips. Meanwhile there were 4 employee standing around the reception,s desk playing around and laughing and not paying attention to customer's needs! The table stayed dirty until we got the bill.<br/>WE WILL NOT GO BACK!!!

Limited parking is a valid concern when venturing to this restaurant on a hopping Friday evening. The wait was about 30 minutes. The atmosphere is loud though. I ordered Tacos Trios. Of the shrimp, beef brisket and pork tacos, I prefer the beef brisket. They were all absolutely delicious. Service was great.

I call it "Lil' Pops". It serves very good Tex-Mex, and the brunch items on Sunday are great. My favorite of the Pappasitos, everything at Lil' Pops is very fresh -- each bite of tomato or whatever -- and definitely a step above the dishes at the regular Pappasitos.

What's the big deal?. I am not sure why I have heard so much hype about this place. To me, it is a regular Mexican restaurant. I had the fajitas because that is what everyone had suggested and they were good but nothing to rave about. It was way to crowded and the service was minimal and not even good.

Better Tex-Mex. Little Pappasito's Cantina, another restaurant in the Pappas family empire, is consistently good and a cut above any chain version of Tex-Mex. What seems to have changed since my last visit a few years ago, or perhaps is more visible, is the presence of a chef versus a cook in the kitchen. There seems to be a little more creativity flowing onto the plate. Sauces for example, seem to have a little more depth of flavor than in the past and certainly the salsa shows many signs of being house-made rather than canned. Refried beans likewise seem to have a bit more flavor and seem less fatty than before. The show of making guacamole table side is fun but the real interest is the citrus bite and chile burn that is cooled by the silken avocado. While the dishes are firmly rooted in the Tex-Mex tradition, there are subtle efforts to lift them out of the ordinary. This is not to say that they can compete with Hugo's a few miles away, but instead, are an affordable spot for a good meal. An exception to the pleasant changes at Pappasito's is the rather hum-drum queso that seemed rather floury and flat. Adding some of the salsa brought with the chips added some much needed flavor and texture. The service is well-intentioned, but slow (or at least my server seemed like he was still recovering from a long night - other servers seemed more spry).

We could not believe we had not reviewed Pappasito’s Cantina yet because it is one of Houston best restaurant for Tex-Mex. It is casual and very welcoming to families. Their child menu is a 3 page coloring and activity book! The dining room is very warm with brick walls and a covered patio. The tables are well spaced out so you don’t feel like too tight with your neighbors! There is a bar side to the left but we went to the restaurant for brunch (served Saturdays and Sundays) Their bathroom was surprisingly small but we won’t hold it against them! Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Their menu is great and appetizing with all the classic Tex-Mex fares. My husband chose the breakfast quesadilla with eggs, bacon and a salad in the middle. He was so happy with his plate! He enjoyed the crispiness of the tortillas with the moist eggs and bacon cooked to perfection. The green of the salad with avocado was a light way to finish the meal. My son chose the soft taco with beef from the kid menu and it came with refried beans and rice. It was very good and my son enjoyed all three. He also tried my husband’s quesadilla and loved it too. I chose the migas because it always remind me of my sister-in-law who had made some for us one day. They were delicious, the eggs were tasty sprinkled with crunchy tortilla chips. It was served with small sautéed potatoes and baked beans. Everything was wonderful, not too spicy and well-seasoned. It was a very delicious meal in a very nice
