Great Food!
First visit to Del Frisco’s while in Houston. I had the filet mignon, mashed potatoes and mushrooms with pearl onions. Food was fabulous, the warm banana bread pudding was delicious. Great atmosphere and our waitress was very friendly.

As a Maryland girl, I am always in search of the perfect crab cake. Del Frisco’s fills the bill. The cakes are about
95% pure crab with seasoning and a little egg white to bind them. They are large, meaty and delicious. We also
shared Brussels sprouts with thick cut bacon. A perfect
lunch.
I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday and I made the right choice. We chose to do the restaurant week three course meal. I started with an additional appetizer of calamari which I must say was fantastic and caught myself searching for more. I then had a cup of the lobster bisque, which continued the trend of deliciousness. When the main course came I had the 16oz dry aged ribeye and it just melted on the plate. It was so tender and moist. The seasoning on the steak was perfect and added a slight crunch to the bite which was fantastic. I ended the meal with a cup of coffee and a glass of chocolate mousse which brought everything together in great harmony. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a very good meal and dining experience. There can’t be enough said about the wait staff either, very attentive, knowledgeable of the menu and friendly. This place deserves my five star rating.

Prices are on the high side here but the food supports that.
The ambiance, wine and cocktails are better than the food, which is good but not spectacular. But it is worth a visit and a couple of things on the menu are terrific including the chopped salad (available at lunch and - with luck - by request at dinner).
Best ribeye in town. Love this place and the service is always spot-on. I'd definitely recommend the mashed potatoes, mushrooms and brussel sprouts.
Highly recommend for restaurant weeks - it's reasonably priced for some amazing food. They have the BEST wedge salad in all of Houston and the steaks are always cooked perfectly. Dessert here is the best. Located inside the Galleria mall and you MUST have reservations.
This restaurant is definitely top of heap in my book. Had the best steak I've had in my entire life (wagyu) here. The service is unbelievable. There is literally no wait time for refills of water, tea, or other beverages. Although I didn't drink any their wine selection appeared quite diverse and comprehensive. The only real downside is that parking can be a nightmare if you don't plan accordingly since it shares a building with the Galleria Mall.

Celebratory dinner. My wife and I came to Del Frisco's to celebrate finding out that we are going to be parents! WOOHOOOO! What better way to celebrate that kind of news than a night out at the best steak house in town! We didn't have reservations and were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. My wife obviously couldn't drink but I had a glass of their house wine. They have a huge list of wines so I just asked their sommelier for some recommendations and decided hey! we're at del frisco's! Ill have their wine! Definitely delicious. I ended up buying a full bottle to save after our baby is born, so my wife and i can have it together! We ordered off of their power couples menu because after all... we just made a baby so we must be a power couple right?! The filet mignon was perfection. Neither my nor I am a big seafood fan but I gave their crab cake a try and actually liked it! My wife however still didn't want to eat it. Oh well. LEFTOVERS FOR ME! We also both got baked potatoes and they were also amazing. The wait staff is very helpful and very attentive! We wont get too many more nights with just us two so you can bet we will be back quite a few times before the little one comes in January. Thanks for being awesome Del Frisco's!

Absolutely amazing. My husband is notoriously hard to please when it comes to gin martinis and the bartender, Bobby made him the best one he's ever had. The macque choux and Austrailian lobster were out of this world! Our server Ryan was also great. He learned our names and was very personable.
Going back without a doubt. I had an awesome time! The food was so good and my waiter was top notch. Also the atmosphere was memorable.
The Trio steak offers a wonderful variation in taste.
Hands down the best. The best service I have ever received. Our waiter was Tao. The food was outstanding. Order a crab cake as an app. For dinner we have lobster and some rare filet. The lobster was cook perfectly and the steak was the die for. At a place like this you go into it knowing your going to spend some money!!! Great job
BEST CRAB CAKES IN TOWN!. Love this place! Great steaks! The best crab cakes I have ever eaten in my life! Drink luca, its my favorite white wine here! expensive but well worth it!

Been there from Seattle for a mtg. I thought food and atmosphere was good but overrated. Being stuck next to a mall made it seem subpar. Their steak was good. Worth the price? Probably not.
From the moment we stepped through the doors we had an amazing experience. First was the look of the restaurant; next the sounds, the lady singing during service was wonderful. Our server Angie was great. She was very friendly and we never felt rushed by her. Finally, the food. Starting with the freshly baked bread with plenty of honey butter maybe and the wonderful Wedge Salad. The long bone short rib my friend had looked great and I had the Surf and Turf Trio which was so delicious and the Fillet Medallions were perfectly prepared each topped with a taste of seafood; shrimp, lump crab cake and scallop. In certain we will dine here again before we leave in a week.

We celebrated our anniversary here and had an amazing experience! Angye, our server, was super nice and attentive. The staff overall is super nice! You get good portions for the price and all of the sides are shareable. The lobster bisque, lobster mac and cheese were to die for and the steak was very tender and had an amazing sear!! Truly a must have experience for anyone who wants to try great food near the galleria area.

Our shrimp appetizer and bacon appetizer were amazing. The honey butter biscuits were so soft and tasty, and the bacon app was literally an inch thick. The bone-in ribeye with garlic butter was emaculate and my wifes Chilean sea bass was devine. We orderd dessert and selected the butter cake and we asked to have the lemon glaze from the lemon cake added and it was heavenly. We spent Two-Fifty including tip and it was well worth it...

Del Frisco’s
Went to Del Frisco’s during restaurant week on a Saturday night. They had been really hyped up by a relative ( NYC location) so we had to try it. Parking is available inside the mall/complex garage but you may have to drive around a bit to grab an open spot on a weekend, then navigating from there to the restaurant can be a challenge because there is no signage. Valet is available for $12. Upon entering the restaurant you immediately get that luxurious vibe because of the decor, especially the stairs and the large chandelier. We got seated on the 2nd floor kind of in the middle. I would have preferred a booth for our party of 4 for better sound control. The place was busy because of the Houston RW I’m assuming? Let’s get right to it!

The shrimp app was also good and filing. The meat ball app was also good but both apps were warm and not hot. The rolls definitely not a huge hit. They needed more time in the oven and more butter. The mashed potatoes were great but the green beans lacked heat and seasoning. Note, they don’t keep seasoning at the table. The deserts were good. We had the Pecan Cake and the Pomegranate Cheesecake. Overall the night was still a pleasant experience and I would definitely return during a restaurant week, but I would not pay the regular prices for extremely slow service ( we were there2.5 hours ) and food that was not hot throughout. They play a pretty good music list but you have to strain to hear it because of the speaker placement and low volume. Eddy V’s was a much better experience from the food, service and live entertainment perspective. The ambiance here is better.
I called ahead about my food allergies and also spoke with staff in person, and was able to eat here without any concerns - the staff was very knowledgeable and clear about what menu items would be safe for me. My coworker, who is vegan, was also able to eat with us. The food was delicious and the service from the manager, Ali, and our server, Caitlyn, was excellent. Thank you for a great evening! ♥️

So I'm rating our visit from our second, "re-do" visit.
We come to Del Frisco's in Houston for every special occasion for many, many years. At least 3-4 times. This particular visit was our 10th wedding anniversary. We have a table that we like and request and really look forward to our visits. I will refrain from speaking about the first visit as it was regarding the lack lustrous service. This visit was phenomenal. The manager Taylor generously asked us back and we were able to enjoy our anniversary meal as we expected and enjoyed! Everyone was on it and the food was delicious as ever. We like coming here for the experience from start to finish. It's what keeps us coming back. Thank you Del Frisco's for making it wonderful and keeping us as a returning patron. James and Amy
This is my second time that I’ve been to Del fresco’s, the Food, ambience and the service are always top-of-the-line!
This was my husband & I’s first time to Del Friscos. We celebrated our 6th anniversary dinner here and could not have had a more wonderful experience. Our customer service was absolutely phenomenal, Tyler & Taylor were both lovely & made sure we were well taken care of. The sweet card & Roses made my night & the food was INCREDIBLE!! My husband got the ahi tuna & the salmon I ordered was probably the best I’ve ever eaten. Not to mention the view from our table was just delightful. Overall 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back in the future.
I was a bit disappointed 😞 with management. This was the first time that I had gone to the restaurant, and I have been there many, many times and the manager didn't come and ask did I enjoy my meal. I did let our lovely mixologist know of my disappointment.
