Caracol - Houston - Photo album

Food was delightful, as was the atmosphere. Service was very good. Extremely courteous. Yet there was a lot of confusion as the restaurant got busy. We were served dessert which we hadn’t ordered. We ordered coffee w our dessert & had to remind them of the order, which arrived after our dessert
Based on first ever experience, but 5 stars across the board! We moved to TX 6 months ago and this is the first "WOW" food experience I've had, thank GOD! Was really bummed about the food scene until this! Came back for the Sunday brunch buffet! Way worth the price, absolutely beautiful and delicio
Caracol offers a delightful dining experience with its upscale decor, creative drinks, friendly waitstaff, and innovative menu. The dishes were beautifully plated and dishes were fresh. The steak was abit too fatty for me. The octopus had a nice rich smokey flavours. The enchiladas could use abit m
We researched restaurants in Houston and decided to give Caracol a try. It was top notch! We had baked oysters and wood fired oysters with chips and dip. It was exceptional! The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. I definitely will be back to try other entrees on the menu. They
We brought some friends from out of town here for Saturday brunch and had a wonderful time. We shared the oysters on the half shell, the tiradito de medregal, ceviche de Chile canario, and the gorditas. All of it was fantastic and so unique. I ordered the tacos de pescado estilo Baja. They were li
Food was tasty, but small portions than what I’m used to, ended up ordering 2 meals just for myself to fully satisfy my appetite. Our waiter was great and very friendly, he also suggested the non-alcoholic drinks and was able to choose from there,, very patient and kind. Music/environment was great
One of the best spots to eat in Houston!! Delicious and unique food. Great cocktails. And divine dessert options. The dishes are kind of small but good for sharing a few of them. I’ve been coming to Caracol for years and I will keep doing so! Excellent service and good atmosphere. 10/10.
We had previously dined at Chef’s other restaurant Xochi. Caracol was equally spectacular with its own distinct flair. The Ostiones Asados were exceptional. It was a wonderful meal with great service.
Experience was better than i could have imagined. Lived in houston my whole life 40 years and upset this is my first time coming here. Gloria was our server and she was beyond helpful in every way with drink and food recommendations and even got us a dessert that was apparently only available on the
Kelly was an awesome server. Highly recommend so many dishes. It was just an exquisite and romantic restaurant. Perfect for date night 😎🥂
We had relatives visiting from out of town. We normally eat dinner at Caracol and love their special events. We took our relatives here for lunch. I had never ordered the Pescado Zarandeado and I had been missing out! Our cousin ordered the Caracol Burger and said it was the best burger he’s had. We
Excellent place for more authentic Mexican cuisine. Sea food and ceviche are always a good choice. The churros with Mexican hot chocolate are a must for a sweet treat. Happy eating!
Always fantastic. Highly recommend the brunch buffet on Sunday.
Awesome place! The staff was super tentative and made great recommendations! The food was on point! But the oysters were our favorite, some of the best ones we've had and my partner is from Baton Rouge and agreed! Thank you so much for this awesome experience, can't wait to go back!
Amazing ambience. Great drinks and awesome service.
PRO'S: Caracol's decision to include wine pairing with Houston Restaurant Weeks dishes was the reason we dined here. Outstanding dishes, good service and excellent wine pairings met our high expectations. CON'S: None SUMMARY: Caracol's Chef, Hugo Ortega continues to sparkle here and it's other resta
