Waitress was so sweet & informative. She gave us a brief history of the building, and fire it had in 1964. Fascinating stuff. Food is home cooked to order. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, lots of good choices.
I've driven by it and never stopped in. So we did and it changed my initial impression. On the outside its a little weathered and appeared uninviting. I'll tell you what, I was totally wrong. The waitress was great, the camaraderie and pleasantries brought forth, felt very welcome. Ordered the sau
I started with a salad and it was good and fresh. I had the fried fish and fries and it tasted great. I usually don't like crinkle fries because they are usually undercooked but they were cooked perfectly crispy. Wife started with chili that was flavorful. Then she had a club sandwich with ham , Tu
Great food, great service. The staff is always so friendly, I really enjoy going here.
My boyfriend, daughter and I tried this restaurant a couple weeks ago and I have been meaning to leave a review! The waitress, I'm sorry, I don't remember your name, was FANTASTIC with my daughter. She had a coin trick to get your kid to eat their food (if they do, they get the coin) and was very fr
Great independent restaurant. Good food, pleasant, efficient staff, reasonable prices. Five stars all the way.
Awesome food and waitress is fun loving! We had the specials - one was prime rib and mine was lobster sensation, which was lobster pieces in cream sauce over linguini and lobster tail on top. So delicious!!!
We had burgers, they were nice!
I stopped by on a work break. I had basic expectations but was blown away by the flavor, quality, portions, and price of my food! The special of goulash was really delish and more than I could eat, despite desperately wanting to pig out all the way on it. The soup, chicken pot pie, was fantastic to
First time here in a lot of years. We had the Friday fish fry. The fish was good and the homemade Mac and cheese was very good! Kind of pricey but I guess most every place is. Waitress was very friendly and attentive.
Had a group dinner, very busy and crowded, yet was handled well, and food was prompt and good. We hadn't been back for a while. The food was excellent, and the service was good. The prices were high with an upcharge on everything.
Comfy atmosphere Good food Friendly attentive staff
Great atmosphere, delicious homemade food, big portions, fair prices, and friendly staff. Definitely a hidden gem in Horseheads! Never had a single thing from there that I didn't like. But the Mac & cheese on Friday is THE BEST!!
Awesome fish fry. Great Mac and cheese, wife said coleslaw was great. Our waitress was Amanda, she was so good and friendly tipped her heavily she earned it. Food came quickly for Friday. They do take credit. We just moved to Horseheads and this is definitely one our new places to go. Can't wait to
