Food was good. Seemed consistent with other Chili's locations i.e. standard taste. Food came in quick and perfectly cooked. They also made sure our steak was properly cooked as per our liking.
First time here and I was really impressed by the food. Prices are reasonable and the lunch specials are a great deal and run until 4pm! My dad, who is kind of picky and hates spicy food didn't think he'd find anything here to eat since the name is "chilis" but he ended up loving his meal. They have a good variety of stuff on the menu, something for everyone! The portions were also huge! Our server was great and the restaurant was clean. Really impressed. I'll be coming back
Delicious dining. Well cleaned between guests. We did have about a 25 minute wait in our car and they called, texted us when our table was ready. Good social distancing. Friendly waitress. Even with a mask you could see her smile in her eyes.
Her name was Erika...it was a exceptional experience. She got refills promptly and was on top of her game juggling orders and sanitizing between tables that rotated.
Decent food, waitress was great, very friendly, food came out fast. Good location. Entrance was a little confusing but was my first time there. Easy table checkout option available.
Our waiter Aaron (Daddy) was phenomenal. We were a large group late on a Friday night and he was super patient and attentive.
Good place to grab a quick (and good-tasting) bite. Casual atmosphere, good service. Definitely one of my favorite local places to eat.

Great food, good taste, courteous staff but our order was messed up. Had ordered tex mex cheese fries without bacon but it still had bacon in our fries. Felt bad after eating but can't help it. I hope in near future this doesn't happen again.
CEF committee dinner. We had a great time. Even when the steak wasn't cooked correct the waitress did her best to hurry to get us out another steak that was cooked to our liking. Well done Chili's!
I just started going to Chili's. I was curious to try their $5 Margaritas. I usually go with my son (21) and we usually sit at the bar. My son likes to socialize with others around the bar. The bartender is always friendly. She even remembered my son and what he ordered previously. The food is usually good too. We have tried several things from their menu over our visits. Overall, the food is good. Price is about what you pay at most other places. The service is friendly and efficient. Photo is of my Firecracker Margarita I had during my last visit.

I placed a fairly substantial order for my 4th of July celebration and all my guests were pleased with everything I purchased.
All meals were provided with great appreciation to me and everyone I worked with at Chili's were accommodating and pleasant to work with.
A big shoutout goes to Ashley who assisted me with my web/app woes as attempts to place this order online and via the Chili's app were futile. After speaking with Ashley she assured me everything would be ready at the agreed upon time I had requested. I called Chili's on Saturday to ask that my order time be pushed back another hour due to arrival of guests and Ashley was pleasantly accommodating with that, too.
I've had my fair-share of less-than-par concerns with this particular Chili's with past experiences, but I usually chalk it up to, that particular time and give them another chance. Ashley has made me very pleased with catering from Chili's as an option for future events given her exceptional customer service and appreciation for my expenditure.
Unfortunately, I'm a deducting one-star for the presentation of the brisket I ordered. As a suggestion, DO NOT put the brisket on slices of bread. Please, just don't do that...
Kudos to Chili's staff (especially, Ashley) for assisting in making my 4th of July bash a huge success!
Food was neither stellar nor bad. The fern bar/restaurant scene may be imploding but I won't fault Chili's for its demise. The service WAS stellar though. Our waiter was engaging and prompt, funny and helpful. Aaron was the best. Chil's just has too much of a tendency to keep to their iconic style for the ",atmosphere" to be anything other than bland.
Great food at a great price. Service is fast and friendly.
