We took our kid to Cornel for a campus visit. At a gas station, we noticed this restaurant has ample free parking lots. We were thrilled to find a spot where we could actually stop by for lunch! It is spacious and clean. The food we ordered was served in no time. Besides the reasonable prices and large portion of the dishes, the American food has beautiful presentations and are delicious! The Chinese food is so authentic and tasty, a lot better than those pricey foods in Chinatowns in big cities! Best of all, the owner's own version of fried blueberry cheesecake just swept us off our feet. We had to stop by again for a dinner. This has become our go-to place on our way to Niagara Falls.
What a pleasant surprise and wonderful way to end our girls afternoon out! The menu was so diverse that we easily found something to please us all. Our food arrived quickly, the portions were generous and our server Kelsey was the best! And then there was dessert, homemade and delicious!
the restaurant staff is great and the meal is very filling. serving wine and beer as well. had a reiseling from one of .local wineries. Thank you to oughterson wine cellars as we know the owners and the family.
This food is Amazing American & Chinese came on Friday night for fish fry & Saturday for Chinese the Best of both highly recommend to everyone if you haven't been here stop in you surely will not regret it. Try the Don Burger two grilled cheese with cheeseburger in the middle.

I worked at this reatraunt up until today and have to say it was one of the saddest days for me. If anyone is hungry and wants great food and a very loving environment be sure to stop here. It is most definitely horseheads very own cheers! Thank you to the wonderful owner and her family and most importantly to the customers for making my job a great and memorable one. Love to you all.

I asked the server, "How is this a diner AND a Chinese restaurant?" She responded that she didn't know. We ordered burgers and fries and soup. I threw in Vietnamese egg rolls, for kicks. And then they came out, and boy were they yummy! A nearby table who ordered chicken and broccoli had their meal delivered by an Asian chef, who was obviously the one cooking. (Initial question now answered. How did the server not know this?)
I began to question my choice of burgers. That chicken and broccoli looked super good! So, I ordered cashew chicken to go and it did not disappoint. Oh, and the burgers were pretty good, too. Sorry that I forgot the pics to prove it!
No-frills, solid breakfast options and friendly staff always ready to refill your coffee. Spacious, so even on Sunday mornings there is likely to be room for your group. Very good pancakes, eggs made properly to order for everyone in the group, and very reasonable prices.
I have not been for lunch recently, but the dishes at that time were pretty basic American Chinese. Glancing at the menu, I feel it's worth another try, especially at the low prices.
Ordered the General Tso's chicken with fried rice, but requested white meat chicken instead of dark.
They gave me the chicken they normally use for the Sweet and Sour chicken (which is what I expected). It was slightly soggy, as it would have been better had the sauce been on the side, but it was very good and I will order that again (although I'll ask for the sauce on the side).
The lunch size is very good.
The waitress was very attentive.

Cozy little diner serving an assortment of Asian and American style dishes. Everything from Sesame Chicken to Chicken and Biscuits. All my parties food was extremely hot, fresh and probably some of the best Sesame Chicken I've had!
Very nice & clean our server was excellent we didn't want for anything. They menu selection was very good no matter what time you come they have something for you. A great place to try. I'll be back.
So impressed. A great mix of Americano and Asian. The inside is decorated the same way plenty of local and American related decor with subtle and tasteful Asian beauty mixed in. The fish fry was awesome. Not your standard beer batter. More like panko. Cryspy tasty greatness. Excellent portions. Remarkably low prices. Clean restaurant super friendly staff. Good beer selection. Some wine and other drink options. Decent sized bar to sit at. The booths are upholstered in candy apple red vinyl. A Classic American color. Honestly if you are not eating here you're missing out. This was our first time after moving to the area a little while ago. Definitely will be back.

After experiencing a power outage in nearby Watkins Glen, we headed down the road to search for a town that had power and was offering food.
Hamlet Delight's looked inviting from the outside so we checked out the great reviews and menu. The menu offers much more than Chinese fare. You'll also be able to order breakfast, burgers, sandwiches and more. A quick look inside showed happy customers in a very clean space. So we decided to try it.
To make an already long story short, the food service and prices were all excellent. General Tso's Chicken, Beef with broccoli, Hunan beef and wonton soup. This was suprisingly some of the best Chinese food I've ever had anywhere. Highly recommended.
We stopped here driving back to Canada and honestly the Chinese food was pretty good! Service was super friendly and food was tasty. Def recommend as a quick road trip stop

Vegetable lo mein, General Tso tofu, Vegetable fried rice, cheese wonton and soda. Quick delivery and the food was just perfect.
