Many flavors of Italian ice, which can also be combined with any custard you choose to create a 'Blendini', and you can also choose from a variety of toppings to go along with whatever you choose.

What I love about Rita's is that its different from your original ice cream parlor. You can call them the "flavored shaved ice queen". So many great flavors and custard combos that you could never get board with it.

Fantastic service, exceptional custard and ices, I am an ice cream aficionado and Rita's is a must visit when anywhere near Elmira. We were greeted with a smile and a clean efficient operation. You will not be disappointed.
Stopped for a treat and had a small custard and a Blendini custard and Italian ice combo. Both were very good!!! A bit on the pricey side, but we don't go very often. Friendly staff and an out of the way location. Looking forward to our next visit! Stop in! You won't be disappointed!!!
Delicious and the service is always good. I love to get the Gelati (a dish that layers creamy custard in between two layers of Italian Ice. There are tons of different ice flavors to choose from and they're frequently updated making every visit a new and exciting treat.

Rita's has both flavored ices and soft serve custards, some flavors change weekly. I love their gelati (gelato?) with layers of ice between custard. The chocolate custard is so smooth and rich. They give large portions.
We love Rita's! The staff are always accommodating and helpful. They offer a great variety of flavors and options. The kids are always begging to make a stop! The facility is small, but clean and well lit. This is one of our favorite places to get a treat!
I do not know how this place could be rated anything but 5 stars! Very fair prices and it’s DELICIOUS! All kinds of awesome flavors too chose from, and the staff is old school friendly! The owners are AWESOME people too! Give this place your business they deserve it!
Love Rita's! I stop by there after work over the summer and the girls are always so pleasant! The misto shake with coconut cream ice mixed with coffee custard is my absolute favorite!
There's really no other place like Rita's! They have the best frozen treats. Try the Carmel Apple Concrete, real pieces of apple, and just the right amount of carmel.
Great Ice and custard. I usually do a gelati and I love it. I guess their sundaes and shakes are great as well but I really like the ice so I haven't tried one my self.
Last year it was a little weird with COVID but it's better now.
The custard is so delicious! Smooth and creamy. We ordered a doggie sized custard and the nice young girl behind the counter oftered to put peanut butter sauce on it! Our pup loved it!
