My first time ever coming here and let's just say I will be coming back. They were friendly and the service was excellent. I loved that fact that I love 45mins away and my food was still got when I got home

I asked for a half and half plate and got 2 dinners instead, I specifically asked for a half and half Also after messing up my order, no utensils in the bag 😤

They have good food, but apparently they have a rodent problem. I saw about 5 glue traps in the corner to the right where the cashier is. While waiting for my for she killed a roach on the wall all within 10 minutes of me waiting for my food. I had to get a refund because that was ridiculous!! The h

Not Afraid to be Vegan Friendly I asked if the General Tso sauce was vegan so I could have it with the mixed veggies and was told no, it is bulk made with flesh broth so I could only get the white sauce. I ordered the Mixed Vegetables with the white sauce and the sauce was SO FLAVORFUL!!!! I think

Great food at a great value. Gen TSOs chicken was spicy, and the chicken was cooked perfectly under the sauce. Fried rice was good too. Place may not look like much from the outside, but don't let it dissuade you.

My wife and I discovered Top's China in Hopewell,VA about ten years ago. The food is consistently delicious. The only place we go to for Chinese food.

Top China is by far the best in the general hopewell are. Dragon Express around the corner is nowhere as good as Top China. The food is always fresh and tasty. Whenever I’m in the area and hungry for Chinese it always does the trick. My favorite is shrimp lo mein I loooove the cabbage in the lo mein
