We went for a sandwich to go and those were delicious. What we also got were scones to go and a flapjack. Scones were delicious ( sorry I have no other word for how much we enjoyed them) as well. The flapjack is even a day later still really really very good! People were kind and forthcoming. Good atmosphere and easy to find, just around the corner of the Old Hall Hotel.

One of those places where you can tell its loved by locals and visitors alike and locals have their preferences remembered. Very dog and child friendly. Great food. One of the best full English breakfasts I've had in some time.

A group of us from the Royal Enfield Owners Club, stopped here today for our lunch during a ride out. We had reserved the Bothy which was ideal for our group of 7. Food as usual was superb and service excellent, thank you for making us feel so welcome.
