Walking in was pleasant and peaceful. Very relaxing environment. Staff was more than friendly. The food was amazing.
The only problem I had was with how relaxing it was, the place felt dim....too dim. With the menu in "dark mode" and the font of the meals, the menu was difficult for me to read. Other than me having trouble reading the menu, the staff was very helpful. I really loved their recommendations. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in this area.

Very Accomodating! We called and they made tables for our group of 25 at the last minute. The food was very good with fast, friendly service. If you like authentic Mexican this is your place!

I live in this area , so tonight didnt want to travel to usual place i get Mexican food. So i ordered here and honestly food topped my usual place. Cashier was so friendly stated she liked the name Wendy then said 1st time order, you will like this. Correct but the salsa wasnt to my liking but only minor hiccup, have some at home. Will be ordering again!!

I ordered Pollo El amigo and my husband ordered the some kind of bowl with chicken and steak we both loved our meals. The place could Def use some updates as far as the building and furniture, but if you don't care about a "fancy" experience I would highly recommend. The salsa was fresh and chunky loved it!

We travel the country full-time and always seek local Mexican restaurants. We loved El Amigo. The thick salsa was delicious. Chicken with chorizo and queso. Yum. Very nice place. Very nice staff.

Ordered the chimichanga dinner, salsa/guacamole & chips. Everything had good flavor, service was good and very fast, good value. Needs some updating, some cosmetic changes. Nothing major is wrong, the look doesn't match the flavor of the food and the great service. Bathrooms were really messy.
