Stood in line for a good bit to even start my order while 5 to 6 employees stood over and helped one customer. I didn’t even get asked what sauces I wanted. Not good compared to all the other chick-fil-a’s. Not very good customer service and half the employees stand around just not doing anything. N

Not up to normal Chick standards. Dining room neglected. The one across from Patton Creek is much better. Still serving Dine In food in take out bags. No condiments except for kids, trash can full, tables, floor, counter not clean, employees not the normal My Pleasure attitude.
Went through here today and ordered a kids meal and got a ice dream cup instead of the toy with a lemonade though somehow got a milk and no cup of ice cream. They even put the spoon in the bag with the toy but no ice cream. The lemonade tasted sour and beyond sweeter than normal. The food was good

Drive-thru was packed but moved quickly. The order taker was very polite and courteous with a beautiful smile 😊 The order was exactly what I wanted and was hot and fresh. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back.
