Today was a difficult day so I thought I would quickly get some takeout...lol
One thing was left out of my order. That's cool, people make mistakes, we're only human. So I ended up circling around the drive-thru three times. Due to the fact that restaurant is not open for foot traffic and me not checking my order before pulling away.
Me remembering what I ordered seem to be challenging. Their machine for giving receipts was not working so I didn't have a receipt to go on. I ordered something I had never ordered before. And apparently I had forgot it's full name by the time I got to the window. The manager was five star a+. She listened to me met my needs was fast, friendly and efficient. She was respectful and articulated very well. As for me not so much. I almost felt like she looked out of place like she should have been a manager working at a five-star hotel.
Hopefully they get their receipt machine up and going to make things easier in my instance. I don't think it's going to help my memory in my everyday life.
But after today I think I will talk to my doctor about Alzheimer's/dementia testing.
Due to my SUV and going through the drive-thru three times, I don't think that I will be returning until they are open for foot traffic.
One of the best Taco Bell experiences ever. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was well prepared. It was disappointing that the dining room was closed, but that was made up for by everything else.
They were the nicest people ever. Service took a while because they're understaffed, but they were so apologetic and nice and the quality was excellent.
