We ordered take out & the staff were fast & very nice. The broth in the beef pho was so aromatic! It was tough to wait to eat during the drive home because it smelled so good. When you have a hankering for pho, this is a great, fast, & fresh place to go.

We had a delicious salt and pepper shrimp and chicken cashew basil and if you ask for Thai hot, it really is! Great flavors, perfectly cooked and excellent service. Lots of rice. Small but private outdoor seating area with a dog bowl. Very pleasant surprise.

This place caught my eye every time I came through town for work and I kept having reasons not to stop until today! It was right after 11AM and I saw that they were open and I stopped in for a bite to eat. Atmosphere is clean and cozy. Soccer playing on the TV and light music in the background. Service was prompt and upbeat! Jesse was my server and he’s a chill dude. Super nice and helpful. The Pho and Salad Rolls were on point. The broth of the soup was amazing! In and out in under 30min and Im back on the road. Thanks Jesse & Pho River! Ill be back!

I’m Thai and been craving for home food, this place is the best so far for the taste of South East Asia food. This “Bing Seen” is even better than what i had at home with the stick rice it is perfect. Together with fast and friendly service, totally recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious food & amazing staff. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Hood River & also my favorite Pho of all time. Looking forward to trying to Pad Thai—I’ve heard good things!

Take-out only, family-owned and -run Laotian and Vietnamese food. Very friendly folks and tasty food. BE WARNED: a "3" on the 1-5 scale gets you a VERY spicy dinner. Limited seating for the takeout food is outside. (We were visiting and would go back again: we just would not ask for anything spicy.)
