Amazing authentic Chinese food place!
It was a nice place with nice people! I ordered 2 retro spicy beef tendon noodles with my husband. And we chose spicy level 3, the owner warned us it would be spicy but we didn’t listen😂 it was pretty spicy! So if you will order the same thing and if you’re not
Quite literally my favorite meal in the world. Season's spicy beef noodle soup is unique compared to traditional Taiwanese style spicy beef noodle soups, but in my opinion it's far better. The spicy broth is so flavorful and addicting-- I finish it every time. Heat level can be adjusted (level 0-5)

Food was great. Owner, I assume, was very attentive to how we handle the spice. Very friendly. Definitely worth a repeat. There are 5 levels of spice. I only tried 2 and 3. Will try 4 next time since the owner doesn't recommend 5 unless you know what you are putting in your mouth.
The popcorn chicken was the best I've ever had! The basil leaves were so crisp and fried. The chicken was well seasoned and had the perfect crunch that'd make any texture-loving foodie happy. Highly recommend dining in-person for peak freshness.

One of my go-to spots when I need some Taiwanese food here in Hawaii. Usually, I get the Beef Noodle Soup, and the excellent flavor reminds me of times in Taiwan when I'm eating it. The beef is tender, and the noodles are silky and chewy, so I always finish the bowl. The owner is a great guy always
Located inside the Chinese Cultural Plaza. Authentic Taiwanese beef noodle soup. They had an extensive menu but I only had the noodles. The noodles tasted freshly made along with a few slices of brisket and mustard greens. A little expensive for what you get. Pictured is a large bowl - $15
Good food, nominal price and good quality and quantity. If you are not in the habit of eating hot food try be choose level 2 or below. If you level 3 or more you will sweat all the time. One of the best place to have Taiwan cuisine.
Super tasty spicy broth I ever had!!
You can adjust your spicy level from 1-5. If you never try it before I recommend you spicy level 1. I had lv 2 and it taste so good. The broth is thick combine with pickled cabbage.

A hidden gem, a little family run business tucked back in Chinatown you don’t want to miss. Came here to test the spicy beef soup. Wooowieeee did it deliver. It was packed with heat, delicious perfectly cooked noodles, and beef. If you’re looking for a spicy challenge that will make you sweat tears
I got the taiwanese popcorn chicken (level 5) and the spicy beef noodle soup (level 4). That chicken was so good, my mouth is watering just thinking about it!!
The popcorn chicken was sooooooo delicious, even better than I’ve had from the night markets in Taiwan. The noodles are also super authentic. I’m looking forward to trying more and more of their menu. Food is super legit!
Excellent Taiwanese food. We ordered the popcorn chicken, which was nicely seasoned, crunchy, and flavorful. The steamed eggplant was soft but not mushy. Topped with minced meat sauce, it's a great contrast to the chicken. We are so happy to find this gem of a restaurant.
Really enjoyed sitting here and enjoying a fantastic dish of tofu with kimchi. A warm and welcoming place to sit and eat 👍💖
Beef noodle and the popcorn chicken is the best !! Especially the green leaf with the chicken. Really crunchy. Want to come every week.
