A bit of a work in progress but, great overall. I love the fact it's in town and close by. Customer service as I've experienced it, has always been great.

Fast, friendly service. The Kalua pork quesadilla was sensational! Cooked to perfection - heated through and all the cheese was melted. It could've been cut a little more thoroughly though. I asked for extra cheese on my crispy taco and definitely got my money's worth. Will definitely eat at the NEX Taco Bell location again.

They had a big touch screens to place orders on, but makes me wonder about having some sanitizer readily available for sanitation purposes. If they're all high-tech like that now, is there an app that would let you make pre-orders and just provide the cashier/drive-thru the confimation order number and they'd have your order ready to be made? You'd have the choice to have prepaid through the app or register.

Great variety of drinks and food. But like all fast food restaurants this is a specific kind of style of food. If you dont like this style, which I would say would be a Mexican, spicy kind of style, then I would recommend something else. Other then that, I always go here with family
