Staff was wonderful! I dropped my pizza and they remade me another one. Very pleased and appreciative!
They're business is 5☆ because they care for people, and will deliver late nights, 35 minutes wait. Hopefully ya'll share the same experience. Very respectful, don't worry it'll be how u want it!
We placed an order for pick up and realized when I got home that I had the wrong size coke. I called to get the difference creditted back, but the manager had left the store to bring the right size before I got off the phone. Very impressed with the customer service.
The delivery was timely and the pizza was just what we ordered, but the crust was very burnt. So we called and they made another one! They offered great service and great pizza.
Not only is the food fantastic... I appreciate the staff from telephone to delivery. Its so nice to call a place and not feel like your interrupting them.. they speak with you, not to you... Kudo's to Domino's at Fort Shafter for being the perfect example of the Aloha Spirit !
Ok, but thin crust pizza was too thin for my taste. I will know better next time. Pizza ready on time.
