The staff is very unfriendly. I don't want to go back again. Even Colesuldo couldn't pay and receive it if I didn't check it. I had a terrible experience. I wonder if KFC headquarters are aware of these disrespectful matters. It's the worst.
The 5 stars is for the staff! The aunty cashier was the best! She didn't let the fact that there was only 2 of them working ruin her spirits and take it out on the customers! She was very helpful and fun personality! Food was good too but aunty made the experience!
Is there a choice to choose no star ? Awful service today. Only 4 in line for almost 37 minutes and we didn’t get served. Bad service gave them a benefit of a doubt on New Year’s Day but never will I ever come back. Awful service, awful prices, they should shut down and go out of business, seriously
