Review Tokyo Hotdogs - Honolulu

Fantastic food for the price. And I've never had such good corn dogs before really really good. You got to try the coconut. Can you can't beat the price. For $6 for one of these is an amazing deal. Service was fast and I would definitely come back

Ordered the Yam Yam all beef dog which had sweet potato chunks all around the outside. Don't skip on getting the sugar, it's an unusual combo but it works so well. The sweet potato chunks were great. I liked that the takeout boxes fit the corndog and the stick perfectly.

Cashier could be a bit more welcoming, but the food was great. I hate hotdogs, this place changed my mind. The cheese and hot Cheetos corn dog is the best!

Stepping into Mr.Cow at Ala Moana is like immersing oneself in a gourmet oasis! From the moment we were greeted at the door until our last bite, the experience was almost impeccable. The ambience is chic yet welcoming, striking a fine balance between upscale sophistication and casual comfort. The highlight, unsurprisingly, was the meat. Expertly cooked, seasoned to perfection, and melting in our mouths, it was clear that they prioritize quality. The side dishes complemented the main courses without overshadowing them, a dance of flavors and textures on the plate. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Our waiter possessed a deep knowledge about the menu and was able to make recommendations tailored to our preferences. Drinks were served promptly, and water glasses were never left empty. A minor suggestion: while the dessert menu was delicious, it could benefit from a couple more innovative options to match the creativity seen in the appetizers and mains. Overall, Mr.Cow is a gem in the Ala Moana dining scene. It's an experience for those who truly appreciate the art of fine dining. Looking forward to my next visit!

This is a pretty neat idea. Think fancy or unique corn dogs. You can get different centers or mixed (hot dog, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese). You also pick different outsides, this one is half cheddar, half mozzarella, with potato outside deep fried. You get dipping sauces too. Bought one to try it and share with wife.

Like a corn dog/mozzarella stick combo but with unusual flavors - like a rice cake “hot dog”, squid ink breading, potato crust ... and to top it off, a sugar coating. Located in the first floor food court at Ala Moana Shopping Center, they also serve another popular street food called Tteok - which they describe as a spicy rice cake. I got the squid ink hot dog - I didn’t taste squid ink but that could’ve been masked by the sugar coating. It was a sturdy but tender breading around the half hot dog and mozzarella - quite good despite my reservations about all those flavors colliding.

Unique way to eat corndogs. The batter was nice. Wish the hotdog was more special and freshly made. The dog taste like a regular Bars Frank's from Walmart. 3/2023. My niece loves this place a quick fast snack. Always a yummy snack !

Very First experience of these fried cheese 'hot dogs' ever! Always saw folks enjoying it on the internet so had to give it a try I prefer just the plain mozzarella cheese order The breading is nice and doesn't require any more sauce+seasoning The sugar makes it taste more like a cheese filled malasada ... which isn't a bad thing.

First time trying! Very short line, well organized with a visible counter of your position in line. Cost about $13 for two, one classic and one potato. Very delicious. Be sure to have your vacc card if you want to eat inside the food court.

The fruity pop with whole mozzarella and sugar is my main favorite, the savory and sweet really gets brought out. The wait times is alright and the cashier is nice as well

I really liked this Korean style corn dog. Chewy inside, crispy outside with beef dog inside. I went for the most plain version in the menu because I’m not into too much cheese and sweets etc Im glad I tried! It’s a good snack when you have a hunger to deal with between the meals.

Had the Flaming Cheetah corn dog (Flaming Cheeto crumbs over spicy mayo sauce) and the Messy Kinako (Sprinkled Kinako (roasted yellow bean powder) with condensed milk). Both were ono-licious. The Kinako one is for you if you have a sweet tooth.

Absolutely delicious. A staple of Korean street food, the Myungrang hot dog stand is very tasty. The dog is usually ready within 5 minutes, and it tastes fresh and crispy. The sugar on top is a nice touch, and they have lots of sauces available for dipping. Prices are good too, and they even have a stamp card system in place. Would recommend!

This is really good for snack....highly recommend the flaming cheetah and the step 2 half mozzarella and half sausage...

Very tasty, wish they had a few more menu items. Fries would be good with these. If you have never tried these it's definitely worth doing. You may want to order two as I found one was not quite filling, but that's just me. Location is inside the mall.
