Ordered delivery on a Tuesday night. Made a large meat lovers with stuff crust. It took about 40 minutes total but was hot and fresh. The toppings were great. Perhaps a little on the undercooked side for my preference but still good and cooked through. The bacon was especially good I thought. Price was probably a little high but expected for Hawaii premiums. Easy to order. Solid choice.

If noticed my husband had his chicken wings with rice, why not? Malia who took the order over the phone was very pleasant, but it's all about the fact after ordering from another all these it took Pizza Hut to deliver it Hot! We forgot what it's like to have a pizza delivered Hot!? Good job!

The app kept saying there was an error when I was trying to order delivery so me and my partner walked and ordered and ate inside. Friendly staff, good prices, and the food was delicious!

My pizza was ready and hot when I arrived to pick it up. The toppings were evenly spaced and plentiful and the thin crust was crispy. I enjoyed it! Its my go to pizza because they have never let me down!

It's Saturday night. I have a long drive home, and I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to eat for dinner. Pizza was the only thing that resonated, so I took the next off ramp, placed an order via the P.H. app, and got back on the freeway. The timing was perfect. I was to reach kapahulu pizza hut exactly when my order would be ready. Sure enough, my pie was waiting for me when I arrived. I received prompt, friendly service from the cashier. I hurried home, flipped on the TV, and sat down with my dinner.
This is was SO good! Toppings were evenly spread, and the crust was cooked to perfection!

This Pizza Hut has the best customer service. They do everything to ensure you will have the order you want, how you like it and quickly. Brighton delivers excellent customer service and even follows up to make sure your pleased. Not many places do that. Every time I’ve ordered from this location, I have receive the correct order, hot and delivered by courteous drivers who call to tell you they are close by. 10 stars!!!

Good pizza and good service. Able to get a free make up pizza after a screw up. A word of caution to anyone doing carry out: there is no go-to parking nearby. Do NOT park in the garage right by on Palani avenue. It is not a public garage, or even a garage for temporary parking, and a very unpleasant and threatening resident will harass you out of anger if you confuse it for parking. It was the most threatened I have felt while in Oahu. Be careful!
