Ben and Jerry's is usually not my first choice but they do have good flavors. What I like most about them is lately they have been making almond milk ice cream for those with milk allergies. Which I applaud.
So if you are in the area and looking for ice cream. It's certainly not a bad spot especially if you have a milk allergy.

Friendly service. Various yummy choices to choose from. Clean interior. Not 5 stars because it cost nearly $20 for 3 servings in the size small cup. But this was a nice rare and random treat after a long day of running errands.

The girl who helped me was really nice. She showed an interest in what I like and made recommendations and gave out free samples. I went with what she suggested and was not disappointed. B&J makes good ice cream and this location hires good people. I'll be back.

First time going to an actual store&&I loved it for my niece&&nephew ice cream cones me&&my husband got shakes and I got a mini ice cream cake for my other nephew I also loved that the had paper straws instead of plastic.

Great place for ice cream, milkshakes, cookies, and brownies! They have classic flavors and some amazing unique flavor creations that makes Ben & Jerry's the perfect spot for dessert.

First time in here. It was empty but the staff member (didn't catch his name) was phenomenal. Very nice, helpful and went beyond expectations to provide a great experience. The ice cream was awesome but the service was ever better!

I’m a huge fan of the quality and quantity of ice creams & toppings available here, and its proximity to the Ward Village. It’s a great after-movie snack coming from the theater nearby, as it’s open sufficiently late that you can grab some Coconut Seven Layer Bar after a post-sundown showing of the latest blockbuster. To me, it has the feel of a strip-mall Baskin-Robbins inside but the outdoor seating, in the warm Hawaii evenings, redeems that blandly commercial interior. The flavour selection doesn’t seem to rotate with excessive frequency, so if you indeed have a favorite, it’ll likely stay there. Lastly, I’d like to highlight that it’s subject to far less foot traffic than the Haagen-Daaz about a mile away in Waikiki, further cementing this as an enjoyable dessert location.

Wife has converted from Baskin Robbins to B&J's. She loves the Strawberry, I like the Cheesecake. At that point, waffle cone is a must!

Service was great but poor things had to work with no air conditioning.. Ice cream all melting... i'm pretty sure there's a law against this
