Boarded the NCL Pride of America from this terminal. This was a really great experience, clean, fast, super nice people ready to help. It was by far the simplest and most laid back cruise terminal I’ve ever been to, and the employees were very well organized and incredibly friendly. Thank you!

This is a great terminal for cruisers. Clear wide open spaces to move around. There are clean bathrooms. Wheel chair accessible. Shore excursions leave from here. Taxis, Lyft, Uber stands are here. The local bus is close by. There is a free shuttle to Hilo Hattiesburg. Beware of Jay walking in town as you might get a ticket.

First time at this cruise port and was pleasantly surprised. The boarding process was smooth. A brief wait waiting for my boarding time but the area was clean and had a DJ for entertainment. Debarking was also went smooth.

Every inch of it exuded an air of sophistication and refinement that one doesn't often encounter in transportation hubs. The well-appointed waiting area with its comfortable seating, ample charging stations and complementary Wi-Fi made it almost a pleasure to have a short layover.
But the real highlight of this exceptional terminal was the onboard amenities that were available. From the gourmet cuisine to the plush cabins and expansive lounges, it was truly a feast for the senses. I felt as if I were transported to an exclusive, five-star hotel on the high seas.
In short, if you're looking for the pinnacle of luxury travel, this ferry terminal is without question your go-to. So do yourself a favor, darling, and book your next voyage through this glamorous gateway. You won't regret it.

Easy to find. City bus 20 takes ya right out front for 3 bucks. I only had one bag so it was good to maneuver around.

HPH Vaccination Location- Having work in environments with extremely large numbers of people I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. From booking online, registration, parking, moving through the facility, receiving my shot, post shot and leaving, was pretty easy peasy. It was actually easier booking the HPH site than it was Queens so I chose this location. Ample parking and turnover. On weekends they open up the self parking lot in front as soon as you turn in on Channel St. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. Was very well organized. Great job! Go get vaccinated!! 🤙✌😊

It is very organized, and it feels secure. The terminal is huge to accommodate large numbers of travelers to come and go from the terminal.

Visit here while boarding our NCL cruise around Hawaii. I felt like the port was nice... Nothing really bad with it. Moved people through pretty quickly and didn't have any hassle. Nice view of downtown Honolulu at night. Plenty of taxis and various shuttles after the cruise was done to get us to the airport which was nice.

We were here on our Hawaiian cruise with Holland America. We had an overnight stop here. Came here about 7 am stayed the whole day left on the following day at 11 pm.
The terminal is close to the shopping districts in Honolulu.
It is a large terminal and we could get taxi and uber from here.
