Very little vegetarian options (I'm not even talking vegan) The salad had a taste like it's not fresh at all & had a lot of water on the plate) The "loaded fries" without meat are literally JUST fries. Nothing of those vegetables & souces were there. Plates are big, that's nice. The waiter tries to upsell you VERY much. Hella expensive for what you get

The salad was pretty good for airport food and the high prices were expected (due to being at an airport and in Hawaii). Service was speedy which is great to see and exceeded my expectations. The only reason for the 3 star is that not all enjoyed their food and their portion sizes (except for the salad) are quite small. Better options are available if you can wait to eat outside of the airport. If you can’t, be prepared to pay the price (via the wallet).

I asked the price for drinks before ordering I ordered 2 "higher" shelf doubles that ended up being more.Plus the second rounds of drinks where I choose the "cheaper" drink ended up being the same price as the doubles before. He mis quoted me both times. Still tipped because that's just being a good human but. I will never drink here again. Great cuatomer service should include communicating with your customer when they ask about the price and if that's for sure. If you know it's not say something. I'm going to cross out the server's name out of respect. I just wish my $100 bill would have been addressed and billed correctly. I should also note I was not given anew recipient he just told me it would be $98. I feel the professionalism really took a dive at this point. This young adult who has to make all the calls for the entire restaurant has no experience and should never be running the whole place.
