Sloppy Sandwich Cart At Lowes

Typically a good place to shop but they are apparently getting a little tight on money she starting to squeeze the fruit a little bit too hard. I was shopping home security products today and was delighted to see that a need “Google Home Hub” was on sale from $99 to $56 for the Nest Home Hub 2nd gen. When I asked to purchase it there was a little conference between two please and I suspected some shenanigans and it works so take a picture of the sale price sticker. In person I suspect he was the manager informed me that two numbers were off on the barcode and therefore person of young but if you look on the information sheet there are actually two numbers for the same device each or different and on the display ad in the email next home her was actually labeled and priced as a completely separate item with a completely different model number and item number as well. That item number and price go to a separate device entirely that is not even displayed. The model number is for a a nest photo frame as the price indicates $89 which is less than the Google home hub second generation which was 99. Their claim the tea item is the same but model number is off is exactly how they have the model numbers on the display sheets they have two separate model numbers for the same product

Walked in to the store, no shopping carts, walked to the garden dept, no staff, no assistance. Found a simple pot that was on a shelf marked $5.98. Grabbed a bunch of misc stuff that I could carry and headed to check out. 2nd time I've experienced this. I picked up an item that didn't have a barcode. THE CASHIER (this time it was Leta) TOLD ME TO GO BACK AND TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PRICE. So I walk across the store and took a picture of it. Then she says it's not the right item. Says it was a smaller item. It was a 4 gallon pot. She said the item's dimensions were 16x8". Told her there was NO way 4 gallons of dirt were gonna fit in a 16x8" pot!!! This is the absolute worst place to shop. So empty, no assistance, and horrible staff. No common sense! I had over $100 worth of garden merchandise that I really wanted but it wasn't worth the grief I had to go through. I really hope the store management reads this and fixes their service and TAG YOUR MERCHANDISE! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I WAS TOLD TO GO BACK TO WHERE I FOUND THE ITEM AND COME BACK WITH A PICTURE!!! WHO'S JOB IS IT TO CHECK PRICES AND ITEMS? I'm not saying the customer is always right, but why does the customer have to go walk across the store just because somebody didn't do their job!

If I could figure out a way to give them "minus" stars I would. My mother bought a refrigerator (hers broke), and do to "supply chain" issues Lowe's seems to be the only store with refrigerators here in Hawaii. Paid, and scheduled delivery of refrigerator $2300.00, delivered damaged. ISSUES. 1. Can' t call the store as they send you are sent into a black hole where no one answers, I walked into the store with my ringing phone and the "appliance" department was not ringing. 2. Told there was no more in stock and you would have to wait 4 weeks for them to come in stock. 3. When asked for refund, a manager, who original couldn't be found, found a refrigerator (thank you), rescheduled. 4. Today called for scheduling and told not until 2 days from now. Called Corporate and they are now sending a email to the manager where they will return my call within 24 hours, we will see. Lowe's has great products and associates, understand employment issues but they are making this really hard. A. FIX YOUR PHONE SYSTEM AND PRONOUCE THE LOCATION NAME CORRECTLY B. IF CAN'T ANSWER THE PHONE TELL US THAT. C. CHECK THE MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE. D. COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER BAD NEWS OR GOOD STILL HAVE TO COMMUNICATE. THANK YOU

Wish I could give them less stars. Bought a Maytag washer from them (almost 1,000). The Lady that sold it to us "verified" they had that one in stock and it would be delivered in 2 days. Well both of those were not true! Tried calling the store several times on the day it should have been delivered but as many other reviews have stated, they do not answer the phone. Finally got someone the following day but they were not helpful either. Seems to be the tactic of the store to sell you something and then tell you "sorry we can't deliver on that date" (don't just take my word for it, read the other reviews) I am sure they rely on people just agreeing to wait because they need the appliances. Do yourself a big favor and take your business to another company!! Lowe's really needs to look into the management of this store! JUST BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS AND HOLD UP TO YOUR END OF THE DEAL!! Again... Don't just take my word for it, read the other reviews.

Had my first experience with the automated lockers. Place your order online and the system will let you know when your order is ready. My order was placed in an automated locker. I had ordered 95 PVC fittings. Picking up was a breeze. Scan the bar code on the email they send you and the locker will pop open. My order was in five bags, ready to go. I was out of there in less than 2 minutes. Problem is when I got home and counted the parts, I was 2 pieces short. Had to decide whether it was worth spending 45 minutes going back to pick up $5 in parts. I did go back to get the missing parts. The assistant let me get the 2 missing parts and I was off on my way again. Would have been a fantastic shopping trip, were in not for the missing parts.

Came here for garden plants, and it didnt fail me down! Plants are so vibrant, alive, and healthy looking. Their prices are reasonable, big parking lot. Staff are very helpful. Christmas decorations are up. Ponsettias are in and theres a lot. But I am sure, it will run out soon. Check it out and pick up yours while supplies last.

It's been quite some time since I visited a Lowe's Home Improvement. As you can see in the photos I posted, they truly have every thing you need and anything you want for your new home and living areas. The store itself has fresh smell to it and they also have very clean bathrooms, their are sales associates throughout the store on the floor so its not to hard to get assistance.
