This place is great! Authentic greek food : ) I had the Falafel Sandwich with Garlic Fries and OMG the flavor You have to try the white greek sauce, it took the entire meal to another level. The owner is a pleasant/ direct woman who was very welcoming and had a nice ambience created in her restau
LOVE their gyro sandwich. I get it once a week. Very reasonably priced. This is a family-owned business, and they are absolutely the sweetest people. Definitely check them out!!
I met this (beginning back in 2004) family long time ago. Greet People husband and wife and their family work very hard for their business. I am very glad they still continue doing very well. * their food is made with their passion and with love and sweat. I'm so glad I returned to the island. Able
I’ve been here a few times and always get the gyro value meal. Great taste and freshly made. Hit or miss with the wait time though and like others have said, parking stinks, as does in many downtown areas of cities. They do have 2 other smaller locations, but I can’t rate the consistency, as I’ve ne
Nice menu selection. Each dish was delicious and seasoned perfectly. Fast and friendly service at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Leo's Taverna.
No-frills launch counter-style joint with tasty food. The Gyros meal is a great deal for town ($13.50 for a gyro, fries, and a can drink).
The food here is fresh, delicious and authentic. I've been coming here since 2001 and I have not been disappointed ever. The owners are kind, hard working and try to give a great product. My favorite thing to order is the gyro or the vegetarian plate.
Baba ghanouj, gyro, falafel, And everything else we ordered was great
Tucked in front of the Residences at Bishop Place. It was a really nice place for lunch. We got the Gyro platter with a drink and fries, split 2 mini falafels, and tyropita (cheese stuffed filo dough pastry) for lunch. All together it was around $25 as we split the meal. Very worth it!
Took my sister here cause I wanted to eat Gyros. It was her first tinge here and she loved it.
Delicious Greek food! The gyros value meal lives up to it's name these days. $13 for a gyros sammich, fries and can of soda. The fries are amazing too! The gyros sammie could use a little more tsatzki sauce (it's a little bit dry) and the fries could use a touch more salt.
All I can say is that the #20 Chicken Sandwich will haunt my dreams in the best way.
I’ve been here twice and it’s yummy. I love the falafel and lamb/beef kabobs! The portions are small to moderate but it’s closer to authentic Mediterranean than almost any other restaurant on Oahu (there’s only one better that I’ve found). The storefront location is not the easiest to find or access
Food was great. The seabass was superb. The #6 plate was above average and the Dolmades were perfect. The only issue is parking. I parked at Bishop Place where parking was $5 per half hour. It was very convenient as it is just 30 feet across. Otherwise, parking is scarce.
Are a Gyros special. It was very tasty and came out fairly quickly.
