Hale Ikena - Honolulu - Photo album

Although it's on military property, anyone can make reservations here. I've only been to their breakfast buffet and it's pretty good for the price. It's a great place for family gatherings, parties, or events. The ambiance is nice, especially if you can get a table outside. Probably the only thing
The space is really good. The food was really good in my taste. I wish they had some toddler type foods but then again you're paying by event. They usually accommodate to the party. The people are friendly to work with. I love that Samoan lady who helped us 🤙🏽
Open and clean atmosphere. Great staff. Bar available. They even allowed us to stay about 20 minutes after our time was up to accomodate late comers. Food was excellent too. Open to the public every Sunday.
If you are civilian and not on the guest list you will have to go to register at the guard shack entrance at Tripler Hospital which is a 5 minute drive away, this is understandable since it's a military installation, just a heads
Good place to hold events. Nice facility, both on the inside and outside. Professional staff. Some of the rules for events are oddly specific. The food is a bit meh, but it’s very budget friendly.
You can have a catered private party there. There is Polynesian lady (don't know her name). She did a great job in creating a welcoming, accommodating and enjoyable evening.
Facilities were great, lots of parking, and a bar. Food was great also. Lost 1 star because sadly the bartender did not to cocktails. Lots of choices to choose from, but mixed drinks (alcohol and soda) is the only cocktails available.
Good for any functions 2to 3hundred guest
Attended a farewell luncheon for our outgoing Commander. Nice and clean banquet room. Great location on Ft. Shafter with lots of parking. Food was great. Not much of a change from what I saw today. Still very clean and well kept. Attended an award function in the outdoor receiving area due to the p
We came here for a work function. The menu was holiday themed so there was turkey, ham, roast beef, rice, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, salad, soups, and holiday desserts. I think I tasted just about everything there and it was all good. The only negatives were that the turkey was dry, even
Went to a grad party. Tasty food and great pupus. The servers in a timely manner took away any used plates. The audio visual equipment was loud and clear like a conference room. Nice round tables evenly apart with enough walking room. The restrooms were clean. Tip since this is military make sur
Had a Christmas party held there. I love the salads: Chinese Chicken, Marinated mushrooms with artichoke and pasta. The fish was really dry and didn't have much taste. But they got points for three prime rib. That was really good.
I enjoy the food here. The meeting facilities are good. Plenty of parking. Just allow yourself extra time to get through the gate. Typically there is no line and it takes no time at all, but it is a military base, so if the threat level is high, expect a longer wait at the pass gate.
Hale ‘Ikena was Excellent Venue for a Forum. Facilities Spacious and Service Superior.
This is the Officers' Club on Ft. Shafter. It is a fairly standard O club that offers conference rooms, average food but a good location. Ft. Shafter is located right off of the H1 and has good views, so the O Club has a nice location also. Parking is a bit limited and if you park in the spare lot,
LOCATED ON FORT SHAFTER!! Which means that you have to get a one-day pass to get to this business. I believe that you will need a valid ID, vehicle registration, auto insurance, and safety check paper (Not 100% sure about the safety check). I visited Hale Ikena a couple of times, mostly for the bru
