‘‘Twas so hot outside on my job site and I ran out of water. I went to this BK with my cooler to buy cold water and with some ice cube. Manager was kind enough to fill it up with ice cube and water and an extra cup of cold water. It was 12ish and whoever you are, Ma’am, I can’t thank you enough.

Great location. Tons of parking and it's never really crowded. The service is pretty quick and the staff is really friendly. They stopped doing free refills is the only downside to this location

This is by University place and is one of the few Burger King's in town. Quick service they get our orders accurate. I believe this one is a franchise so some items on the menu maybe different.

The bathrooms are locked and once me and my friend got a key, we were in there a very long time, and no one bothered us. But, it's conveniently located near uh and easy access to the freeway and gas stations. Getting expensive for college students...

I enjoy Burger King's delicious "Whopper". It is the best large, deluxe type burger with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. I also enjoy the french fries, jalapeño cheese bites and everything that is on the menu. The service is prompt, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Burger King for quick, delicious and healthy food. I am 70 years old and have eating often at Burger King for decades. Burger King is the best.

I’m not sure why this Bk has a low rating. I’ve been there 3 times this month. Every time the fries have been hot and fresh out the fryer. I use the drive through and every time I been I received fast service. The workers seem nice enough.
The only thing negative I can say is that I didn’t get the dipping sauce I asked for the first two visits.

A++++++ but expensive for fast food, do not honor online/app promo coupons or specials would be nice if they took the time to make some that are accepted in Hawaii even though it won't be as cheap as mainland coupons,that's fine just adjust the discount accordingly with the higher price here we aren't all on vacation over here.... We work for everyone to provide a nice place to visit and deserve some coupons... Please consider this for all Hawaii locations, I love Burger King and the quality food, its only missing specials like other fast food here, I would much rather prefer Burger King..... Oh and whats up with the cold buns all the time??? Am I right ,plz fix.... Anyways Thank you !!!!!
