Saigon Pearl has one of the best winter rolls on the island so definitely get that as an appetizer. The pho is good, especially on a cold night and it is conveniently located across Ala Moana. Prices are reasonable as well.
One of my favorite restaurants in Honolulu. Outstanding value for the money. Highly recommend to visitors.
