Ala Wai Golf Course Cafe - Honolulu - Photo album

Very expensive for non residence and the rental clubs will really get ya. Coming from the cold though it’s hard to beat golfing in December. The course is not in the best shape but it’s nice and close to downtown. The views are stunning, but don’t expect a world class golf course.
Nice course with some challenging holes. Course was in decent shape and the driving range was nice. The staff was so accommodating and polite…had a great conversion with the guy running the pro shop and the starter, super cool people.
Flew to island for 2 weeks on a break from school. All I did was playing golf at this course - not much for clubhouse but course was in the good shape and good weather. Just wish there is more of food/beverage cart around.
It’s the local muni in town and the closest course to waikiki. Flat, boring and very little trouble. Easy course to walk. If you play get out before 10am or your there for 5 hours. Great course to build up your confidence.
This is a little overpriced but convenient location. We rented clubs, and they were awesome brand new Callaway Men's & Womens.
Course was a very forgiving track. Great for the casual golfer looking to get a round in within walking distance to Waikiki. The price was also right. Club rentals were a little high however. There is a local place where you can rent for $25 a day. On course rental was $66.
Too bad they don't have any shade but nice place to practice. $7.5 for a bucket of 40 balls.
We did the driving range. Fun inexpensive way to spend time. $8 for 75 balls. Free club rentals. No reservations needed.
Nice open course in Waikiki, not too difficult. Course is perfect for beginners and lower handicappers will be challenged by the relatively small greens. The range has ample hitting stalls and a large green to work on your short game.
This place is a golf course if you want to play golf. The view is amazing and beautiful trees all around the golf course. I would recommend you go to Ala Wai Golf Course!
Did a quick 9 rounds here, not to crowed and reasonable rates.
Not as busy as I once remembered it to have been, but we're in a different situation today so it probably was as busy as it could be. The course overall was in pretty decent condition, some of the greens were patched up, but playable. Play was pretty quick, except for some of the par 3's. Although t
Great phone call and info. Contrary to what I’m reading here the guy who answered was great in all respects. Provided fee and availability info in a very understandable format. Not sure what my fellow tourists problems are???! Prima Donna’s!?
Extremely busy course. Very Flat and an easy course to walk. Extremely affordable.
Fun first time ever at a driving range. $8 for 75 balls. Free club rentals. It’s first come first serve, you do NOT have to make a reservation for the driving range (I was confused by their website). Went at 11am on Tuesday and there was plenty of spots. No targets or anything to aim at (not that I
One of the best municipal golf courses in Hawaii but driving range should be open when golf course opens so players can warm up before a round. Also should be open at night so people don't have to hit balls in the sun.
