Everything was absolutely delicious!! The chicken katsu was crispy and juicy, the teri chicken fried rice has so much flavour, the Mac salad was creamy, the house friend noodles were perfectly balanced with all the ingredients and the garlic basa was my absolute favourite.
Highly recommend!

Amazing place for large-portion, reasonably priced local plate lunch. Their chicken katsu is way better than it should be for the price. I frequently order their party platters for work lunches with coworkers and they never disappoint.
Good size portions. Fried rice ($10) was delicious. BBQ plate ($11) was good. Macaroni salad is good. UH students frequent this place. Definitely will be eating there again.
My husband and I decided last minute to buy food and break bread with a group of our friends and acquaintances.(New Years Eve Day) I asked if I could pick my entire order up at 5:30pm. Good food and good portions. Mainlly making this review to let others know that prices went up. Most Minis are $10 and the Regular size is roughly $13. Still a great price for the portions.
The food is great. I'm not knocking any other nearby places but I now go here when I get steak plates. The pork chops are bomb too.

First time customer. Ordered a large party platter. Teriyaki chicken fried rice. Very prompt service. Very large portion. Would recommend to try it out. I'm looking forward to trying plate lunches but have yet to.

Hidden gem in the city! Big portion, great price, and friendly staff. You will never be disappointed. Curry stew, BBQ chicken, garlic ahi, mushroom chicken to name of a few are must to have!
Was driving by and saw this place and decided to stop for lunch. It doesn’t look like much from the outside. I got the curry mixed plate and it was delicious. Lots of food, good flavour! I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu.
Good size plates kinda on the more den a average plate lunch should be (but so is l&l) ... suggest to be armed in someway if plan to wait for food outside
