Excellent food and very delicious!! One of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to. The serving sizes are big and seriously fascinating.

Wonderful wonderful Indian food! As an Indian I am very picky and I was not disappointed! The food had plenty of flavor with large portions. Service was polite, food took some time to be made ,but for hot fresh food no problems! This is not McDonalds or Applebee’s. So pack your patience, sip your tea and get ready to enjoy some wonderful food! (Also the ambiance was very nice :) )
I've ordered from Cafe Taj Mahal a couple of times through delivery services and have been really happy with the quality of cuisine here. Today was no different. The Chicken Masala curry was wonderful. I tried a Lassi for the first time and loved it! I will definitely be back again and again.
Good food, good service, just one issue; the amount of food they bring you is ridiculous. My wife ordered the Shrimp Biryani, and it was a huge plate, literally for 4 people. We ordered an appetizer, and there were two pieces, and they were so large we were full afterwards! When our entrees arrived, we couldn't eat anything else. We have been to the Middle East and eaten in many Indian restaurants, and the portions were never this size. Look guys, I like your food and service, but cut the portion sizes down to something reasonable, mkay? I will most likely visit again, but this time we will only order the appetizers for $5.50, and not much else.
Delicious food that never disappoints! Every dish is flavorful and there's something for everyone whether you're good with spices or not. The Taj has been my ultimate favorite when I'm craving indian cuisine.

I think their lunch portions are allergic than their dinner ones. You gotta get the garlic mozzarella naan, it's so amazing. Everything on their menu is really good! Be adventurous because you won't find a dish you dont like.
Of the 3 halal Indian restaurants in Oahu, this one was by far the best. I had the Mama's Spicy shrimp curry which was exactly what I got. The Lamb Karahi came sizzling and beautifully flavoured and the naan bread was genuinely as good as anywhere else in the world.
Great Indian food with vegetarian options. Their sides - naan bread and rice are generous in portion and complement all the flavorful food. They have good options to order for two-four people with portions of multiple dishes for a reasonable price.
So good so extremely flavors. Wow! We been in Hawaii 7months is the Best dinner we eat here. Price so good. We get Samosa Chicken, Yellow Basmati, Lamb Tikka Masala, Naan Garlic and Mango Yogurt Smoothie for $44.45 They are so good and real Indian food.
Excellent Indian cuisine option near Waikiki. Was hesitant at first as there are not many Indian options near Waikiki, however, the food was amazing. Cooked homestyle and that is hard to find most times. We ordered 3 entrees a la carte and it was enough to feed 5 and had leftovers! Must try!
I love their butter chicken curry. It's so creamy. My husband loves chicken Tika Masala. This is more fruity with tandoori chicken in it. Also, samosa is big and tasty. For dinner, one curry serves two person. The size of curry is smaller at lunch time, but still was more than enough for me. And, their mango lassi is very good and good to drink after eating all the spices.
