Choi's Family Restaurant - Honolulu - Photo album

Some of the best Kal Bi on this island and the Tofu spinach salad is the bomb. The seaweed soup is so ono on a cold day like today. Would have given it a 5 star rating but the help was not attentive and spoke little to no english.
Best Korean BBQ on the island. I don't think I can go anywhere else anymore. It's reasonably price for the excellent quality and everything is perfectly cooked. Super fresh and well flavored. The aunty there is also super sweet. Katsu is my favorite and this place is a must go.
Small family owner resturant. Ordered Kalbi, with noddles and veggies. Food was good! The lady who owns the restaurant was very sweet and clean. Would visit again because the food was great and her personality was very warming.
Eggs and spam! Great way to start our vacation getaway. This joint has roots and the owner was so kind and loving. The food was delish.
Delicious Korean bbq served extremely quick. Hand made mandoo is incredible. If you are going with a big party call ahead. The owner is also the chef and wait staff on occasion. I highly recommend the Kalbi which is thick cut but extremely tender!
A little short staffed tonight, but it could be every night. Sweet lady works so hard to do it all. Food is good and you get a lot for the money. Nice place to have a leisurely dinner. Loved the Kalbi sooo center. The parking lot is behind the building and you have to drive in through the opening b
Mama Choi never fails! We have been coming here for about 20 years and it’s a family fav! Spicy spinach and tofu salad is great, take a group and get the family pack for an amazing deal and lots of food! Her korean style mochiko is my absolute favorite :) :) :)
The BEST Kal-bi bang for your buck!! Mrs. Choi knows how it’s done and consistently serves it up right! If you decide to dine-in she allows BYOB. Free parking behind restaurant is another plus.
It was closing time but the owner was so nice and allowed us to stay and eat. The food was ready within minutes of ordering and was delicious. The Kahl bi was very tasty, tender and cooked perfectly!
Their kalbi is delicious. It is the big bone style, and the meat was perfectly marinated and cooked, not burnt. I had the kalbi and meat jun with mandoo. It came with seaweed soup, kim chee, vegetables, and rice. Ample parking in the back. Service was a little inattentive, but I would return for the
